    I do calorie deficit + 14 to 16 hours intermittent fasting too ,for pcos to get my lost periods back and i consume 800-900 calories per day to loose more than 1kg per week and exercise 2 - 3 days per week and I am 18 years old. is it a right diet for me?

    Something I've always wondered is if you get to an amount of calories that you don't want to go lower than (ex. 1500), would increasing your expenditure allow you to keep losing weight without getting nutrient deficient?
