Thanks Janice, you are the best! Btw, the fruit loaf turned out really well, only I think I need extra rising time, I'm down south on the coast in Victoria. And while I'm here - I bought the McKenzies granulated yeast, wondering the best place to keep it. It's a cardboard type container and I'm wondering if it's airtight?
Fresh pasta recipe is in the Basic Cookbook! I get the Lowan yeast which has the same type of packaging as the McKenzies yeast. I keep mine in the fridge all year round. Never had a problem with it. Cardboard tube with metallic bottom and plastic lid?
