Got a bit confused looking for the recipe on Cookidoo - there are two, almost identical, the one you used I had to untick the Australian box - I do find it annoying, I will have to try and figure out why I have Australia selected, that must surely limit my recipe search. Lucky you had the link, I knew which picture was the right one. The other one was done in a cast iron baking dish.

Terrific, fresh pasta! My daughter was raving about fresh pasta a while back, I've never tasted it - looks like I will be soon! Off to check up on Cookidoo, presume the pasta recipe is there too. Thanks Janice, you are the best! Btw, the fruit loaf turned out really well, only I think I need extra rising time, I'm down south on the coast in Victoria. And while I'm here - I bought the McKenzies granulated yeast, wondering the best place to keep it. It's a cardboard type container and I'm wondering if it's airtight?

Hi Janice, firstly welcome back home and congratulations on your subbies achievement, you really deserve so much more. I have a bit of bad news, I rolled our car and caravan middle of last month we are ok and no one else involved but I don't have a thermy any more for now anyway. this is not going to stop me watching and collecting your recipes and will continue to learn tips and tricks right here. will make these the OLD WAY LOL.
