Hi Richie, try the Thai fishcakes with lime chilli dipping sauce. They were first class. Used it as a starter before the red beef curry. Served Key Lime pie for dessert. The three dishes worked very well together for a dinner with friends last night. I did simple flatbreads and steamed long grain rice with the curry.

@@RichieTheFoodie unfortunately Richie I don’t have an Asbestos Stomach like you Mate 😂 and because I am whats I think in wrongly called a Supertaster so any thing ie: Salt Chilli even a tiny bit or 1 grain of salt is like an explosion in my mouth which can be a curse Mate so a good curry is out unless I swap Chilli’s etc for mild curry powder. In your list I would choose either a Risotto which as you say is Always Perfect in our TM6s or my Wimps version of Chilli Con Carne plus I make lots of Cottage Pies in my Thermomix and finished off in the oven 😋

@@RichieTheFoodie I make the Portuguese bread but tweaked the recipe and bake it in a big loaf tin. It makes it’s easier to slice and toast. I’m going to make the ice cream. Any particular recipe? I’m Jewish and keep a kosher kitchen but am sure I can adapt your recipes to my religious requirements. I love your inspiration. Whilst I’m on a roll, I use the machine extensively to make staples eg mayonnaise, syrup, tomato ketchup (which is superb) and there’s more

Richie, I was watching another vid and the chef was talking about the sauce for salmon (butter and squeezed lemon juice) "splitting". What does it mean when a sauce "splits"? Can it be fixed?
Hi there, when a sauce splits, it means the ingredients have separated/no longer combined. This typically happens when you overheat the sauce in your pan or if you’re negotiating stirring it often. I own a VORWERK vacuum and carpet cleaner I inherited from my German parents. They are 40 years old and work perfectly as one day one. Plus also a MAGIMIX Cuisine Supreme 3000 blender multi mix that is over 40 years old and is in pristine condition...... Got to love these kraut engineers!!!!!. Work BETTER than the new stuff!!!!

Thank you for the video, a personal favourite is the Coconut Lamb Curry with garlic naan and tzatziki. Always a crowd pleaser. A quick and easy dish my family love is Chicken Garam Marsala, I think it takes about 15mins.

@@RichieTheFoodie I try to make everything in the Thermie. Yes, I make the naan dough using the TM6, then let it rest before rolling it into individual balls. I also use the Thermomix to make the ghee, mince the garlic, and then heat it with some ghee to brush onto the naan. Additionally, I make tzatziki using my TM6 yoghurt, which is a great recipe for many dishes and lunchbox snacks. I used to cook the naan in a saucepan, which is quick and easy, but recently, I bought an electric naan cooker. It’s a small device that flattens the dough and cooks it on both sides. After cooking, I brush the naan with the ghee and garlic mixture, wrap it in foil, and keep it warm in the oven until it’s ready to serve. Absolutely delicious and worth the effort! I’ve never made gozleme, but I need to give that a try. 🙋🏼♀️😊

I use the TM5 recipe (below is the recepe with my modification). 36 oz potatoe (I use Yukon Gold potatoes) 1tsp salt 1/2 oz milk 1oz butter (I use 12 tpsp butter) -- Adding a lot of butter complete changes the consistence and of course the taste too 1-2 pinch of nutmeg -- > 25-30 min /205 Farhenheit / Speed 1
