I would drop the file/pic/whatever into your Google Drive, set the sharing permissions appropriately, then link to that in the webmix or pathway.

Is there a way to link or add info to a box to include the class code or class login info for some of the sites?
I would create a Google Doc with all of the codes/logins that you'll need, set the sharing settings to "anyone with the link can view," then copy/paste the URL into a new Symbaloo box.
