from my testing, if you dont TP at all you will NEVER get banned. basically. I spoofed for 2 months. if you respect the cooldown your still at risk at getting banned, just auto walk to an area and leave your phone afk. I got a 7 day shadow ban after TP. so just dont TP, but if you do TP alot and still respect the cooldown you will probaly get banned since who is traveling thousands of KM daily.

idk about walking to your destination, does niantic track your movements ? if so it'd be weird to see a straight line going from one big city to another

2:14 Note that even if you DON'T spin a Pokestop at NY and then teleport to Zaragoza, you still have to wait 2 hours before doing anything at Zaragoza. Idk why no one says this, but it's just how it works

I’ve just got 7 day ban again my account was made in 2016 I stopped playing for years, anyways if u haven’t played in 2 hours yes the cool down timer will not appear your are correct, basically from the last time you interacted with the map you have to wait 2 hours

the cooldown time that u have to wait is in side the game or just 2 hr in normal time outside the game

It’s cause you teleported to a raid, if raid hunting teleport to a place that has a ton of those raids because you’re gonna have to wait a few mins to 2 hours before you can do said raid

I don’t completely understand even after watching 3-4 times… so if I catch a Pokémon somewhere it will trigger cooldown, then I teleport and it says cooldown will be 10 minutes right after I catch the mon from a different location. Someone is telling me triggering cooldown lasts 2 hours
Whenever you catch something and teleport somewhere else. Depending on distance you shouldn't catch anything for those 2 hours . Depending on distance . It'll usually tell u how long you need to wait
i got 4 to 5 soft bans this helped and now i will follow the rules
Real question no one asks. If I don't trigger anything and just log in can I teleport and start catching pokemons or do I need to wait 2 hours after I teleport

I just got a 7 day ban but I waited for the cool down every time, I would snipe 100iv and turn the game off few hours, then later I’d do the same again and again, maybe one time I was 1 min early 1.59.00 would just that alone cause it ? I’m not even sure I did just playing it safe by asking
go to settings off your game logs and adventure sync also id turn off camera i think they can also use that to soft ban u

So basically after you teleport you can only walk around until your cooldown is up..
If there is a shiny or Hundo there that you want start encounter but don’t try to catch till cd is over

Right now I'm on 2h cooldown, and so teleported back to my area (no cooldown) - could I teleport to another area far away without cooldown resetting back to 2h? Or am I forced to stay there for 2h to be able to interact ?
The cooldown will apply again unfortunately
Your cd will start as soon as you do something to trigger it say you catch a Pokemon in india then wanna go Spain you can just have to wait 2 hours before you can interact with anything that has the ability to trigger cd while in Spain but say an 1 hour has passed and you want to go to Australia instead you can just have to wait the last hour you have left before you can do anything that'll trigger your cd. Question about teleport. I see you teleport and then wait 2 hours and I get that. As an alternative, can you close pgsharp, wait two hours, then change the location in BlueStacks to Spain (for instance) and start up pgsharp?

It's just 2 hours since your last map interaction. So if you haven't played the game for 2 hours then yes you can telephone anywhere and instantly start playing

It's the same. Depends just on the distance. Just activate the cooldown countdown feature and you'll be safe.

You can. I just got banned after only one day of spoofing an alt using only joystick. Your account can get flagged and banned simply off logging into it on a 3rd party app

as long as you waited for the cool down and time it would take to get from one place to the other, you'll be fine
You're ok to do anything after the cooldown, I suggest going to different gyms and farming PokeCoins, I've gotten 500 in a week

@@DrillGotMotion oh that's a glitch that happens to me, sometimes the timer stays at 0 and you can go anywhere for a couple minutes without cooldown, when this happens you can quicky close the app or force stop it and load back in

I watched this video the first time I spoofed and no problem at all just follow the cooldown rules but until today I came back and teleported like crazy and got my first strike please don’t tp like crazy and just follow the 2hr cooldown it’s better to wait then to get perma banned

and also the cooldown timer keeps resetting after any catch or stops I spin.
if you teleport after a softban is over somewhere else you will get a new softban for teleporting again
