It's weird and refreshing to see Thor be the most knowledgeable and level-headed person in the room. It's clear he's grown and learned from his experiences. Taika... what _happened_ with Th4r?
There is still a problem with Thor here that applies to most of the MCU movies, really: Thor is *the* God of Thunder from Asgard and a legendary warrior, but to everybody else, he’s just ‘Thor’.

What happened to Thor was Waitiki..... singlehandidly destroyed the characters of Thor and Hulk by saturating the movies with quips and one liners. He turned them into sideshow jokes. Backlash got him fired and rightly so.
Waititi is like that kid who told one funny joke in class, and everybody laughed hysterically, so now he thinks he has to do it every day.

I think he didn’t know the word because Rocket used it in the sentence prior. And assumed it meant “group of people” or something😂

True! But Endgame was amazing as well! I see a lot of people shit on Endgame, and sure, it wasn't AS good as Infinity War, but I still think it's a great film that wraps up the Infinity saga nicely.
Endgame was a SCAM for money and a garbage movie. Especially compared to Infiniti War.
Infinity War and Endgame still deserve to be in the top 100 of imdb even after so many misfires in phase 4

In just 7 minutes Russos did what Taika could never with Thor in Love & Thunder. His Ragnarok was just pure luck.
The russos also ruined Thor in endgame tho. They also ruined hulk

It wasn't luck with Ragnarok. Taika directed the movie, but wasn't the writer. Marvel pre-endgame had amazing writers who knew how the characters should be. Taika wrote for Love and Thunder and it couldn't be more clear he didn't give a shit. He is a great writer/director, but now the fame has gotten to him and he's stopped gibing a shit

Thor's big, thunderous step that reverberated across the ship at 3:42 really showed them who is the boss and why he simply cannot be challenged. Of course, Quill continued on being a prick coz that's his intrinsic nature.

I loved these scenes but I still can't get over when Quill says "step-father, technically" about Thanos' relationships to Gamora because like... he's literally not. Thats not what the word step-father means. What he means is "adoptive father", but I guess that didn't sound as snappy or they just forgot. It's such a nitpicky detail but it bothers me everytime.
Couldn't you keep the volume a little lower? I couldn't hear my thoughts very well while I was watching.

Not really. I mean, did hiding the Time Stone work? Did hiding the Tessaract work? Thanos eventually got his way by threatening to kill those connected to the person hiding it. He could have easily done the same sort of blackmail to people hiding Gamora.
