Mujhe to ye money waste nahi lagta.

Sir I have just question for you. I do daily fasted cardio.I run 5km and do 1000-2000 rope jumps 6 days a week. Do I need anything to preserve muscles while doing so and if at all, I will be burning any muscle.? Also, I take black coffee before doing so

EAA's can be useful during last phase of contest where in there are so much restrictions and manipulation of salt and water starts as during the last step before on stage of bodybuilding is very very tough hence that time even whey cant be recommended only direct aminos are as lesser salt inside the body and last 2 days very less or negligible water. All the stuff other than whey are useful only during contest phase for instance pre-workout as bodybuilders eliminate carbs from their diet so they need some mental boost to perform on weights. EAA's and all other stuff are just for professionals not for people who are in gym for fitness.
Still if we have money and we want to stay lean then we can take it.

bcaa won't help u do anything, ur body has ample amino acid stores and u can have ur protein post workout in any form
u can do cardio during bulking, limit the frequency

@@shubhamkumar3313 Bro I've joined gym 1 year ago, I haven't used any supplement ever, just corrected my diet and saw huge improvements in my physique as well as strength. Your strength will increase tremendously in initial stage even when you don't take supplements.
