India me bhi masters hoti hai in colleges like IITs. Mtech is coursework oriented whereas Ms is research oriented

Yes, but I think it 's different. MS in India is more coursework oriented, usually followed by a project work. But it's complete research work in Korea.

Umm, usually Korean universities focus a lot on academic background and it's usually required to have a regular bachelor's degree. So, Ig it would be hard in most good universities at least.
