I love how the carry case has room for all of the essentials! I have seen some portable projectors in the past that don’t have space for the remote in their bags. Looks like a fun little projector! 😁
I used three of these for a projection mapping class. Quality is good and nice bag and cables, also small and very portable, but you have to use the remote to change inputs from usb-c to hdmi, wish they had added buttons on the projector which is common.
Good review, but id be interested to know the projected image size at different distance to the screen - so i know if it would work indoors in a small room 👍
Great video Danny you mentioned you would share the link for portable battery that delivers 45W or more power output with USB C cable would you mind sharing the link for the portable battery?
@@dannywinget Although I could not get my Pixel 4 XL to give video output via the USB-C. The easiest I found was to put a Chromecast with Google TV and power it via the USB-C port on the projector.
What's the difference between the M2 and M2e? One more question. I have the M1, just wondering how I can use the onboard buttons on the projector when I don't use the remote. Is there a tutorial for that? Not even any info on the user manual..... Thanks!
Other than turning the projector on and off, one can't really navigate any of the menus from the onboard buttons. There are none, even the focus settings are via the remote.
I'm looking at it on amazon but it doesn't actually indicate that its an android smart device which is unusual. I wonder how I can see what apps are available for example if MS word will work on it
Fantastic review. Does the m2e suffer from the rainbow effect with the dlp chip. Always used LCD projectors bit im very keen to purchase it with the price point being ok.
Guys i have also same projector viewsonic m2e but for some errors i do hard reset after that only showing viewsonic logo and white screen i think firmware is crash😭 anyone know about that issue please let me know🙏
Anker A1291, although I can't see it being sold separately. Found it on Amazon for $60, which I thought was a steal, and I can also use it with my laptop.
Hey Danny. Thanks for the video. Can you also consider putting a Canadian Amazon link in the description; instead of just the US Amazon link? That’s for your Canadian subscribers = me 😬
Hi, after several reviews I have checked this is the best so far..... the question is how can I get free one though? Thanks again for the review you've made :)
Lol? “They thought of everything when it comes to portability” lol ya, except a battery! How do you call a projector *PORTABLE* when it’s missing the most important thing that makes it portable?? lol THE BATTERY!
Portable from a size point of view. I prefer to buy a projector and a power bank separately. I know there are projectors with built in batteries, but an external powerbank is a better choice. At least, I can use it for other things and if one of them fails then I will have the other item.
What do you think of the portability of the ViewSonic M2e? Check current pricing and more info here: bit.ly/34Z9IdY
for digital nomads, this looks perfect.

For the price it looks like an attractive device.

If it does 120" sold!!.
4:10 "there are no limitations, so I'm digging that" *"portable" projector without a battery*

Phone + USB C is the perfect combo!
It is!

I'm planning to watch movies outside with a projector. Can you recommend any powerbank that is strong enough to power the projector for a few hours?
Really interested in one of these for a upcoming vacation.
Nice! I dig the size of it!
Yeah it’s super portable!
"Got some nice bathroom reading right here" 😄
Wow looks awesome ! Thanks for the video !
I see you with the 30fps switch up.
Good eye! Last view too 😎
1:45 Hey Danny, what's the model of your manfrotto tripod here?

Link to the power brick?
I'm looking at it on amazon but it doesn't actually indicate that its an android smart device which is unusual. I wonder how I can see what apps are available for example if MS word will work on it
Thanks for the review! Any noisy when this projector running ? I got sensitive ears sadly...
It is fairly quiet. You won't notice it. It is LED, so there isn't much heat being generated that needs to be eliminated.
Fantastic review. Does the m2e suffer from the rainbow effect with the dlp chip. Always used LCD projectors bit im very keen to purchase it with the price point being ok.
Thanks for the cool review, btw what is that game you were screening looks cute and wanna play it lol
Can you drop a link for the screen you use for outside
Hello! Does it have 5.1 sound effect (dolby audio) support? Thanks
it's coming soon in my country, they said it will be available last week, but not released till today
where is the link to the power bank?
Can you connect your earphones via Bluetooth and listen with your headphones
Yes you can, I’m using my Bluetooth earbuds
support 4k ? hdr?
Liked the outdoor image quality very much. Seems pretty fun.
How many ANSI Lumens?
It goes up in excrements of 300 lumens.
Aloha, what powerbank are you using in the video?
I have never had a video projector it looks really cool
Start with a cheap used Epson projector. You should be able to find one for $100, and go from there.
Does this have HDR support?
Doesn’t have a built in battery?
What about connecting to headphones
Yes, it has a headphone port out. Or you could also connect a headphone via bluetooth, if you want to be listening in private.

I didn't hear anything about the projector's resolution, not in the video, the description or the comment section.👀😶
I said it was 1080p LED projector in the video
Which power bank?
Anker A1291, although I can't see it being sold separately. Found it on Amazon for $60, which I thought was a steal, and I can also use it with my laptop.
Compare with xgimi halo?
Saludos desde México. ¿Este proyector Tiene característica para peliculas 3D?
I would love to get one love the look
900p 90hz/720p 120hz would be cool for Portable Split screen gaming
What portable projector is better?
Better than the Xgimi Halo?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The price is $600 for those wondering.
I will buy a projector one day
How much Ansi Lumen?
400 as I remember
Oppo reno 6 5G review please
wanda vision😍 5:04
Not even close. Xgimi Halo crushes this for the same price point.
Where's the powerbank link?
Anker A1291 works. I have tested it. Just do a google search.
Sup Mister Winget and everyone
But,,, no battery ?
Looks great.
You partnered with Viewsonic and I am suppose to believe your review??
It retails for £550
I'm down to win🤟🏽

Haha, we all want a free one. One option would be to become a famous RUclips gadget reviewer.
Nice to have one
Good video
This is around $900 in Australia. No thanks.
Nice 👍👍👍
