The funny thing with limited edition cars is that their value goes up after release. A P1 in good condition is valued at approximately 2 million. Given the investment he has to make and taking into consideration that the car could potentially have even more value due to its background (what car guy hasn’t seen pictures or videos of it after the hurricane), he could sell it after restoration for a profit.
