I was getting 6.0 in reading test for the last couple of times. I thought it is impossible for me to get out of this disaster. Finally, on this Sunday (12/01/2020) i sat for the exam and just a day before the exam, i was watching this video. I immediately decided to try this trick on the exam since there is no time for me to try at home or give a mock. Yesterday I checked my result online and astonished to see that I have achieved over all 7.5, thanks to the reading test where i was able to secure 8.0 !!! (R- 8, W- 6.5, L- 7.5, S- 7). Thank you so much Alex !!!

I actually prefer this method and you're the first person I've seen that has advised that we read the full paragraph. I used to think that the time wasn't enough for that but it turns out I was wrong. Normally I tend to rush through the paragraphs then search for the heading, but I end up going through the paragraph more than once, hence wasting the same time. thanks for this method.

Hi Alex, this is one of the best videos on the Match headings that encourages test takers not to panic but read instead to glean the nub of the text so that matching becomes a job way easier than thought otherwise. With the ideas proscribed in your video, I could match the answers correctly in the given paragraphs. You have helped the panicking readers crack the nuts and solve the riddles.
By the way, your graceful personality deserves accolades.
I am preparing for the test for the month of March. I find match the headings, T/F/NG and fill in the gaps easier. Yet, I am looking for the answer of a question: is it the time constraint or the self mounted pressure of an examinee that most often spoils the tests? For my money, the latter rules the roost.
