Reason has a "groove" function that does exactly this and has had this feature for over a decade 😂 I'm pretty sure all DAWs have this feature too, aka swing... The fact there's a VST to make shit sound more human says a lot about the music industry right now and producers mindsets.
If you need this, you've forgotten what you are 🤦
