Very much enjoying your videos as I'm old to sewing but new to bagmaking! ;) I love the research when venturing into a new type of sewing so I've watched many other online bag making tutorials recently but still found much of interest in yours, which says a lot I think.
Thank you Jacky!! That volume technicality is tricky! It is a RUclips issue but I will see if I can resolve it. The volume of the two recordings are not interconnected. Certainly worth a look see if RUclips has a work around for it! ♥️
Oh remember this....whether you think you can or you think you can't....you are correct! take it in small doses...experiment with new types of straps and see how you build confidence! Message me anytime and I will cheer you on!
You know your purple bag is EPIC!!! By far the most commented on bag I have ever received!!!!! I have received more orders from your bag also! I am sew very happy for you Kimberly!!!
Yep! My thoughts are the cricut might be the slower way to go on this. The SVG file is listed in the description box for you! Let me know how you do! ♥️
That is soo amazing!❤ what a beautiful bag😊 I'm looking forward to more of your videos. The last part when you talked about goal setting.. I need that! My motivation has been hit and miss for months lately 😐
Thank you so much! I love goal setting and this is my gig! I may run a special class on this! Just a hint...Clarity is your first step! Right down exactly what it is you want to accomplish...You can message me in Facebook and I can help get you started!
Love those straps. Also I am wondering would it be possible with the thinner vinyl could you bond two pieces together to make it a little thicker and stronger? I absolutely love the straps, and the idea. Thank you.
Yes absolutely! I just did this on my most recent bag! You can see it posted on my Sandcastle Designs Facebook page! The vinyl was not thick enough and I was concerned about stability...so I used two layers with DST to connect them together inside...it worked out beautfully...that page link is facebook.com/sandcastledesignscustombags
I have made these straps alot since then...the temporary spray doesn't hold. Maybe if you had a permanent spray that might work? I have used Decovil for the loopy straps and it works fine!
I seen it can cut the flower and all different shape it the video you should look at it on RUclips i look always for new and exciting sewing tip it helps me too Make things I never know i could do
@@charmainefiorentino Sure,,,,never heard about it! How about attaching a link here? I own a Cameo Silhouette...but the clicker press is so much easier...Love to learn other tools for sure!

Great tip about oil on the needle with double sided tape!
Not too much, but enough to make it slippery! I also clean the needle with the oil if it gets gummy!

@@SandcastleDesigns Thanks so much.
just watched your latest video, could you use the adhesive spray? Would it be worth it to interface the vinyl or leather before cutting? or too thick?
I have made these straps alot since then...the temporary spray doesn't hold. Maybe if you had a permanent spray that might work? I have used Decovil for the loopy straps and it works fine!
