    GREAT JOB, SCOTT!!! The routine, videography and music are excellent!!! Ps but can I achieve the same results by eating less carbs?😜

      but some of us LOVE eating carbs...and we enjoy working out...so there's that side as well. I'm grateful Scott was nice enough to share his skills with us...at no charge :-)
