Slavery is a legitimate institution wholly sanctioned by the Quran. It has always been present with us during different periods of human history in varied forms. The modern employer-employee relationship is of statue sanctioned by law and is the best example of this.

War was only major source of slavery. Slavery through war was forbidden. No new source of slaves. When you turn your motor pump off . There is no new source of water. It is only water stored in tank that will ultimately finish as you consumed it. There will be no more water until you turn the motor on.

اصل بات تو یہ ھے کہ سورۃ بقرہ میں طلاق کی جو صورتحال اللّٰہ تعالیٰ نے بیان کی ھے اسے کوئی پڑھتا ھی نہیں سب علماء اور مفتیان کی طرف بھاگتے ہیں۔ کوئی آدمی ایک جلسے میں اپنی بیوی کو ایک ھزار بار بھی طلاق دے دے تو وہ ایک ھی شمار کی جائے گی۔ کھڑے کھڑے تین طلاق سے بھی طلاق صرف ایک ھی بار ھوتی ھے اور میاں بیوی صلح کے بعد بغیر کوئی کفارہ ادا کئے اکٹھے رہ سکتے ہیں۔ فرقہ پرست علما جو خود ساختہ مذاھب اور عقائد پر چل رھے ھیں انہوں نے حقیقی دین کو مسخ کر کے رکھ دیا ھے۔ لہٰذا ضروری ھے کہ ھم قرآن کو خود پڑھ کر اور سمجھ کر اس پر عمل کریں۔

اس کے علاوہ روایات میں بھی غیر مسلموں کی عورتوں کو لونڈیاں بنانے کو زکر ملتا ہے صحابہ انہیں بیچا بھی کرتے تھے اور آپ اس عمل سے واقف ہوتے تھے ۔
بعد میں مسلمانوں کی روایت برقرار رہی۔
قران سورہ محمد کی اس آیت جس کا حوالہ استاد محترم فرما رہے ہیں اس پہ کبھی بھی مسلمانوں نے عمل نہیں کیا نہ حضور کے زمانے میں نہ خلفا کے زمانے میں اور نہ بعد کے مسلمانوں نے ۔

اصل بات تو یہ ھے کہ سورۃ بقرہ میں طلاق کی جو صورتحال اللّٰہ تعالیٰ نے بیان کی ھے اسے کوئی پڑھتا ھی نہیں سب علماء اور مفتیان کی طرف بھاگتے ہیں۔ کوئی آدمی ایک جلسے میں اپنی بیوی کو ایک ھزار بار بھی طلاق دے دے تو وہ ایک ھی شمار کی جائے گی۔ کھڑے کھڑے تین طلاق سے بھی طلاق صرف ایک ھی بار ھوتی ھے اور میاں بیوی صلح کے بعد بغیر کوئی کفارہ ادا کئے اکٹھے رہ سکتے ہیں۔ فرقہ پرست علما جو خود ساختہ مذاھب اور عقائد پر چل رھے ھیں انہوں نے حقیقی دین کو مسخ کر کے رکھ دیا ھے۔ لہٰذا ضروری ھے کہ ھم قرآن کو خود پڑھ کر اور سمجھ کر اس پر عمل کریں۔
