Yes, it is super easy to start an LLC and you can find very affordable bonds to protect yourself. Gives you an advantage over a lot of people that go into the business without being an official business. I know a lot of people go into this business without having an LLC or Bond and later on obtain the necessary paperwork but I would caution on the side of protecting yourself

Come up with a business name and then create an LLC to protect yourself from any possible liability should something occur. The LLC will be your first legal foundation of your business then you will want to get your actual business license in your area and these are usually pretty cheap to get.

Technically you don’t need a business license but it’s helpful for when tax season comes around so you don’t pay as much on your taxes
