- I donʻt know how we did it but we somehow turned one of the simplest upgrades to your bike into one of our longer videos. We still managed to figure it out in the end though so I hope you enjoy one of the funnest videos weʻve worked on together. I donʻt think we laughed more in a video than in this one.

Great video! Our stem cap is simple but a little tricky to install the first time. I like this new style because it’s way easier to remove compared to the star washer style that you have to pound in or out. Our stem cap also works with the star washer style if a customer doesn’t want to swap to the new expansion style it will screw right into the star type.

When Bern digs a grave, he digs deep! 🤣 j/k I'd be lost too with that style top cap. BTW Kev, those are called bar end plugs. Bar ends were those old school mtb extensions for the bars in the 90's. Race Inc looks even better now!

You got it done! You pointed out the top/small headset spacer was crooked.. Those spacers often rotate even when everything is loaded and torqued appropriately. It used to drive me crazy when there is a logo on the spacer or headset cap and it slowly spins off-center. But with this type of compression nut, maybe it would stay in place. I wouldn't mess with it, but go ahead and try it and see if it stays centered! Another option is to make that small spacer a solid color, and then you won't have to worry about it matching the one below it. Cheers!!

Grab one of those things that goes on your truck tailgate, that way your beautiful bikes won't get worked in transport.. Also, if you rotate that stand so the front wheel touches the ground, you won't need to hold the forks.
I actually have one of those tailgate things that we use whenever we move around more than one bike. But you have to use these three straps to secure it to the tailgate so if Iʻm just taking my bike to Bernieʻs I just put it down into the bed. I am like a 5 minute drive to his house so itʻs not too bad. Thanks for the suggestion though and for watching another one! 🤙🏻
