      Edit: I already did and honestly it’s amazing it’s free and thank you for sharing it (I know it wasn’t to me but i’ve been looking for programs like this for like a year and I never found one that was even less than like $100 so thanks)

    Your broken wrist in a cast getting weaker from atrophy is not the same as playing basketball in ankle braces. Ankle braces don't make your ankles weaker. A lot of NBA players play with taped up ankles. This video on strengthening ankles has no program, no sets or reps or progression. Most of the exercises shown here aren't even ankle strengthening exercises in particular. The thing you called dorsiflexion was the opposite. When you push the band out, that's extension not flexion. If you want resistance for dorsiflexion you would need to hook the band up to something and pull it by flexing your foot. Almost everything you said in this video was wrong. I guess if you have a ball and a phone, you can call yourself a coach and make videos.
