In an interview, one of them (forgot his name) was asked if she got it back, and he said “if you watched the show, you’d know the answer to that”. This is indirectly saying yes, she got it back as she was remembering things in the last few episodes. Also, they wouldn’t destroy all the development of Chuck and Sarah, they know better. I just wish they actually showed it in the show that she got her memories back

We followed the emotional roller coaster from start to finish and the ending was not conclusive which was the big disappointment for me :( Congrats on her baby boy! This memory lose bullshit literally means that all previous 4 seasons does not matter, all that beautifull character development does not matter. The second most fun show I have ever seen... right up there with Dexter, Breaking Bad, Sherlock and Rome... Sherlock being the most entertaining. I just cried during both finales... In Sherlock, I did get happy at the end but for Chuck I just cried... I think that's the problem with the Chuck ending, it's too happy it's sad. Left too much for the imagination. Wasn't emotionally satisfied. I wish Chuck had more adventures, like Sherlock will... Join a super team or sth then end with TRUE finality
