Being a collector of the bicentennial coins, I have saved the nickels and dimes as well not as soon as I should have but do have some and several MS and PR sets. So thanks for the update.

I have heard that there was a lot of focus on the Bicentennial Coins, and the mints took there eye off the nickels and dimes. So now we aren’t because they can have more value than others. Thanks J&B

What a beautiful 1976 nickel and there’s just something about a rainbow coin that just makes it that much more desirable. I have to say I never knew they had this much value.

Hi I was looking at my change and found a Jefferson 1976 nickel.
Sort of kind of ......because i always look for Full step jefferson nickels as they bring a higher premium if you can get a good grade with that designation.

I have a 1976 Proof set with the top 3 coins being 1976. The bottom 3 coins being 1975. Was this an error? None of my other proof sets are like that.

weird, my nickel has el pluribus blending into the edge of the rim clipping the top of all the letters.
