He did focus on youth earlier in the series and thats how he got ribeiro but rn its too late + he neglects youth players cus the gk that was in the academy had like 85-90 potential but he didnt focus on him and he went to man city so youth isnt worth it now. But i do agree he needs a more sturdy defense because most of the time they get easily opened up and concede a lot

Try to convert Ribero to a striker and play him beside Hojlund. I think Ribero would play very good in that position thanks to his high pace and good shooting. He can not realy use his pace in the CAM position!
