Volunteerism is definitely a way to injecting happiness into your life. It’s almost like a high of sorts when you help others.
With regards to being intentional with connecting with others, depending on your personality type, this can be a bit of a negative. You need to find the right balance. Myself, I’m an introvert and enjoy my time working in my shop by myself. I have many extroverted friends and sometimes the constant contact can be too much.
    Great video!

Thanks, Chris! I agree on the introversion, but we still need people. Sometimes we need people that’ll just shut up and work along side us and grunt occasionally. :)

I totally agree with the social media limits. Where money in many ways kind of qualifies our economic value in society, social media is quantifying our social value in society (how likable or interesting we are as a person measured in terms of subscrbers/followers, likes, views, and comments). It’s like getting a social credit score.

I like the idea of working part time but many part time jobs do not allow flexibility in your schedule, choose carefully or so mply volunteer.
