That lawyer was a shyster. Snake. Her mother was suppose to be there and Agnes was supposed to read it over before signing her will. That sneaky lawyer might had some blank pages put it had her sign. How low can you get. I saw that episode on The Twlight Zone. Brilliant she never uttered a word.she made some noises
I loved that episode. The Twlight zone still come on me tv and stay. I believe they all got cancer from filming at that location. The red dust was toxic. It can't be a coincident when all of them got cancer and died. Been a while since I've seen reruns of Bewitched. She was hilarious in that show. One of my mothers friend named her daughter Tabatha. She should be about 55. Endoroa and uncle Arthur always had me laughing. I think aunt agnes the aunt who was forgetful and her magic always went wrong. I might got her name wrong. They don't make fun shows like that no more, which is why I love seeing the reruns I missed. RIP Agnes. They have all been reunited in Heaven. I'm a positive person.i believe that.✨👍💯💜😉🦋🌠🌻🌷🕊🕯🌹🌟🧘‍♀️🙂👋.

How could the courts allow such a thing happen? Anytime a lawyer "inherits" a client's estate when they have living relatives, it should be a clear indication of fraud. Lawyers shouldn't be able to inherit anything from a client that isn't related to them it's an egregious conflicts of interest, and there should be more stringent laws in place to prevent such things from happening. I feel bad for her poor mother, she lived such a long time after her daughter passed away. That money along with any other assets she should've inherited could've been used to support her comfortably in her old age. It probably would've been stretched out and used sparingly, only when her mom's resources fell short. Spending it frugally and only for that purpose, it should've gone a very long way to contribute to her support during her illness. That would've allowed her mom to live comfortably and worry free during convalescent years.

Alas, it's amazing what folks can get away with in a will. I'm going through this now with my mother's will, which was redone by my brother and sister-in-law to put them in control of Mom's estate (Mom didn't want this, and they had her sign the paperwork well after her dementia diagnosis). Even though I could successfully challenge this, the cost of doing so is prohibitive, which is what her lawyers were able to count on. 😞

One time when I was a kid, our family spent the afternoon walking around Original Farmers Market at 3rd and Fairfax in Los Angeles. Ms. Moorehead was sitting alone at a table sipping coffee. As a fan of "Bewitched," I recognized her right away, as did my mother.

I do have a vast autograph collection, however. Growing up in L.A. I spent quite a bit of time at the various TV studios and most celebrities were happy to talk and give autographs. Two that politely declined were Carroll O'Connor (but he did shake my hand and thanked me for asking) and Danny Thomas. Colonel Harland Sanders had small autographed pictures with him and just handed one to me, but he was very nice and I think of him every time I eat at KFC.

I have fond memories of watching that classic television show, "Bewitched" in reruns. The whole cast were memorable. It is such an iconic show with "I Dream Of Jeanie."

I live 2 hours and 16 minutes away from the cemetery. Right across the river from Portsmouth, Ohio. I may make the trip up there sometime. I love Bewitched. Isn't Paul Lynde who played Uncle Arthur buried in Ohio somewhere too?

Debbie Reynolds was my in law she married my mother's 1st cousin here in Roanoke Virginia and divorced 10 years later. However, Agnes should have gotten a Copy of the Will and so should have Debbie Reynolds. I just went through an estate where I was the Executor and the Trustee and I made sure I had an original copy of the Will on the same day the Will was drawn up. I loved Agnes Morehead and her acting..she was great in every way..RIP. AGNES MOREHEAD.!

@@DazewithJordantheLion yeah, Richard Cranford. He is a idiot. However, my mother was a very wealthy and honorable lady and very very wealthy. She was partners with William Shatter for 15 years . They showed horses together .show horses. And my cousin her niece, is a Hallmark movie actress and has been for years .we didn't have much to do with. Debbie used my mom's brother, Elbert , his house to do her interviews with various entertainment news company's when she was married to Richard. I like your you tube channel. You get around that's for sure. Lol. Take it easy . Be safe out there..thanks for responding .

She has been one of my favorites sense I was old enough to realize that she wasn't really Endora. I have enjoyed the different movies & tv shows she pops up in. She was in two of my most loved films All That Heaven Allows, and Magnificent Obsession, both with Jane Wyman & Rock Hudson. I appreciate that you have so much information about the people you feature, today it felt like she had been a friend of yours. You speak with such a tenderness & respect. Thank you, Jordan, this is a great one!!! 🌼

Glad I saw this. I grew up watching Bewitched. I always wanted to be Endora😊 She was powerful and didn't take guff from anyone. Well she may have been a bit petty - as a child I didn't see that part. Anyway it's awesome to hear about the woman behind the character. How awful that she earned her own money and was not able to control who would receive the estate when she passed away. I can't imagine how a trusted lawyer could be so awful. Interesting that she was afraid that her mom wouldn't wind up with the money. Almost Endora like

Wow, this is my first time watching one of your videos. I'm not sure how I found you but when I saw this pop up about Agnes Moorehead, one of my favorite actresses, I just had to watch it. I learned so much about her life from you, thank you! I think it's awful that her lawyer stole nearly her entire estate for himself, what a lowlife! I had heard about the movie causing cancer to lots of cast & crew and it's heartbreaking how that wasn't discovered or was intentionally disregarded to make the movie. There are so many stories about old Hollywood that we just don't know for a variety of reasons.
Def will subscribe, thanks! I also enjoyed the bells playing Just As I Am, such a beautiful hymn.

Great video. Such a horrible thing to happen with regards those lawyers. Greed and dishonesty indeed. I think it would have been hard enough for her mother at this time, losing her daughter, but to be cheated out of what was rightfully hers, shocking. I just hope for those responsible, karma caught up with them and anyone making a will, gets a copy and also one to all who are mentioned to inherit anything

A good lawyer will have you initial each page. In her case each page should've been signed to match the notarized signature. Her estate settlement could've been challenged in court as well. Never totally trust a lawyer especially when it comes to your Will.

In the early 80's, a foster home I was living in in Bartow, Fla, Chester Boys always reflected kindly and gushingly during the time he knew her while teaching in the Midwest. I don't remember the state, and my memory is fuzzy after 40 years, but he relayed to me that during the early 60's, she had done some lecturing or something at the school where he taught. He showed me the Almanac from that time with pictures of her and an inscription to him from her. I had forgotten about that 'till this vid. Thanks Jordan. Indecently, he also had pictures of him with his friend, Charlie Smith, of Guinness fame who was supposedly was 149 years old when he died who also lived there in Bartow in 1979. I moved there in 1982

I did not know about her misfortune with her attorneys, though. May those lawyers see every bit of karma that they have ordered up.
