- Assassin's Creed Codename Hexe and Assassin's Creed Infinity have received a major update today. Mark Cortez has given us update from Ubisoft Vice President stand point of view about the upcoming assassins creed multiplayer game which will be part of AC Infinity. Along with the upcoming AC Codename Red and AC Hexe which is set during the witch craft era. Assassin's Creed Hexe or code name Hexe just got leaked and we've got a new secret cutscene file that was found inside assassins creed mirage in which we get to see two modern day operators from Abstergo using the Animus are talking about William Miles from the 21st century and the leaked file is named as Code name neo which basically refers back to assassins creed hexe which is the upcoming witch craft assassins creed game coming in 2024. Assassin's Creed Hexe is the upcoming Ubisoft AC code name Hexe game which is set during the German 16th century Europe when Witch Craft had sacrificed almost 80,000 people, which till date is said to be one of the most horrific timelines of history. I am super hyped for Assassin's Creed Hexe and Assassin's Creed Red, I haven't been this hyped for an AC game since Origins (I love ancient Egypt)

I'm excited to be able to get in the prone position. If it's done right alot of cool deadly fun sneak attacks could be made.
From what I heard Red is going to be a mobile version so I really wouldn't be so hyped for it
Same here, I love the style Ubisoft is going with, with this game. Love the Gothic theme, also because i'm goth in real life, and you play as a female this time again. Just makes me even more hyped for this game. Can't wait for this game to get released some day. 😀❤

Oh boy, ubisoft has really turned into the fast, and the furious of gaming, they announce so many games, but what they deliver is always the same old copy and paste from the past..

Assassins creed ideas:
-AC Civil War: Templars fight to hold onto control of the south, to build their power. Assassins work with the gvmnt in secret to get rid of the Templars power in the south. (Abraham Lincoln works with the Assassins)
(Do what ever you want with this topic, make it fit the AC storyline)
Cool concept! this'll be a fun one! Templars play both sides wanting all the money that slavery generated from the south AND supported the north for a cut of the obscene amount of tax money the north wanted to levee against the south and their own people in the north. The assasins start out fighting for the common man in both north and south but get corrupted by all the power they wielded after being backed by big players on both sides and end up just as evil as the templars. I feel like a civil war based AC should be more grey area similar to AC3 or Rogue. If you really dig into the history of that time period the North was arguably just as corrupt as the south. Lincoln for example even said that if he could preserve the union without ending slavery he would. Imagine the final few missions or epilogue being hunting down John Wilkes Booth not because he killed lincoln but he was an assasin (or Templar) who became too powerful or some other conspiracy based reason.

And he found out one of his soldiers was a assassin spy working to take out templars in the confederate army, but instead of killing him, he shows the assassin how corrupt the American Assassin Bureau is getting and the assassin starts to take out the corrupt ones and fix the bureau.

5:40 that picture looks like Elsa wielding the Witchblade , I can’t wait to try out this game , there was a side quest in ac odyssey that was about a witch and it felt like a sneak peak of what this game is going to be about

I'm really excited for this game, I really enjoy dark and tragic storylines as I'm a fan of souls games. Plus I love playing as female protagonists and I'm so happy to know we'll be playing as one, so long as she's attractive!

@@grindory Ancient Egypt wasn't exactly brimming with it. I especially enjoy the new characters that are given unique qualities that don't seem like recycled characters from previous games with a new skin. Red Dead was such an accomplishment in gaming, I think it's spoiled alit of us. Our expectations are exorbitantly high. But since AC has typically used real life historical figures and moments to simulate what a those times and historical figures may have been like. And IMO America's Wild West Era is as enduring and as unfathomable as any time in history. A good story with Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, Calamity Jane, Pecos Bill, Paul Bunyan, John Henry, and the James/Younger gang is sure to be an easy pitch and a guaranteed money grab.

I played a lot of the AC games old and new and none of them has ever been terrible contrary to what some entitled people say so I'm sure it will be a good game.

Whatever they do with Elsa, I just hope they allow her to retain the essence of an Assassin's Creed protagonist, which is conviction and efficiency. I don't want another hapless victim like Ellie or Amicia. Characters like Shao Yun, or Aveline, or Evie were good AC protagonists because they had their human moments tempered with the necessary Assassin badassery.

I prefer the longer AC games and their combat style. That is just my unpopular opinion however. I have been playing the AC games since their release and I appreciate them mixing the game style and fighting style throughout. Otherwise, we would be left with far too many games which would be too easy if they were 1 hit kills etc much like first release ones. All though the kill cam scenes look cool, the games were far too easy

These are challenges, once you get far from the original AC the game loses its identity as you know the middle east version most of them were successful. Hopefully we'll see a success in the coming versions
Im still waiting for an assasins creed set in Mexico. Based on the aztec empire, colonization of mexico by the Spanish or at least the Mexican independence from the Spanish. We got one from the US independence from the British. I need a Mexican assasins creed 😔

hopefully they deliver on both Red and Hexe. Just make them compact games not too large not to small. Around 50 hours each. Make the characters interesting. Hopefully Elsa is going to be a touch femine. Thank God she's white I had began to lose my hope in diversity

Playing as a witch, it obviously isn't going to feature a masculine brawler. Ubisoft's AC team is one of the few studios not to get bogged down in DEI, and actually _attempt_ to give players what they want.
I get the impression that this protagonist is going to be fairly easy on the eyes, and focus more on stealth and mysticism.

The Name ist HEXE not Hex it's a German Word and we spell every Letter of this Name. Hexe means whitch. Same with Porsche not Porsch.

While i am excited i don't like being forced to play only a female
I love the idea for this game but honestly nothing against females but it just makes for a more predictable game being a female witch I was kind of hoping to be a guy and see what it would be like from that perspective it would be easier for a guy to go unnoticed than it would be for a woman in this specific time period. Especially because the witch craze when we were unfairly targeted and highly scrutinized during this point in time. Personally I just feel like if you go into a town and we were to fight somebody at this point that would be like oh that's a witch and you draw for more attention to ourselves and being a guy and getting into a fight and then them being like oh that's just that ruffian. Honestly makes me curious how they will balance that in the game cuz if they have a notoriety system of any kind or no right to be really shouldn't go away as a woman during this point in time. Play I'm all for having a female lead in games but when you put on the internet time periods during certain events it would draw far more attention because they're a woman and would be far more noted and talked about in a guy.especially because the unusual circumstances is one of the reasons why I did like the fact that we had a female viking protagonist in Valhalla. But you cannot say that you had a female warlord during this time period that one is not have been remembered noted talked about especially for how successful full as ever was. And the people that she knew. Put male Viking warlords came and went so having a male protagonist within the game canonically would have made more sense that it was ultimately forgotten about than a female which would have been ultimately more noted.

I’m actually excited about this one. The story sounds like one of the darkest time of persecution in human history. I’m hoping it will be the darkest AC. I don’t care if it rails off from traditional AC story and game play.
I didn’t even bother with Mirage, the character Basim I didn’t care for. It’s the first AC I never played and don’t intend to.
Assassin’s Creed games have such obnoxiously big maps with so many pointless, boring side quests that I can’t do them, anymore. It’s too bad, too, because I love the concept behind these games and the times and places they take you to. I love open world games - Ghost of Tsushima, Days Gone, RDR2, and The Witcher 3 are some of my fave open world titles - but AC games just seem to offer little to no incentive to explore, and quickly make the open world feel overwhelmingly big and empty, and ultimately tedious. I always lose interest long before I finish these games - if I finish them at all. They need to start devoting more of their time to creating interesting and engaging side content that offers better loot and rewards, isn’t so monotonous, and promotes exploration, IMO.

The Animus gives the AC team a legitimate excuse to visit any period setting that would make for interesting gameplay, without creating an entirely new IP.
Generally, they just need to add some connection to the Apples and a hidden blade, and any moment in history becomes part of AC lore.
i m waiting for Assassins Creed "THE HUNS" Why they do not relaese it? THE HUNS is famous all among the world.
