Excel - Copy and Paste only non-blank cells by Chris Menard

There are two methods when you need to copy and paste non-blank cells.
1) Use Paste Special - Blanks - Delete
2) Use Copy and Paste but use Skip Blanks in Paste Special.

or u could simply filter blank on column D, then select the range of values on column E, then hold bottom right corner & drag left till they fill column D, now remove the filter you'll find values copied to only blanks ;)

Chris is there a method that Skip Blank paste will really skip the "" (return blank value from IF) result of formula. I have a problem with that; conditional formatting find such pasted cells as duplicates.

Hey Chris when i m copying column D and then sorting column c and selcting the data pressing ALT+; and then ctrl+v, its saying this action wont work on multiple sections. But these the way i did few days back. can u please let me know whats the issue
