How do I get this to run across all the columns (so first run this on column A, then B, then C, etc...). I think this is a simple question, but I haven't written code in forever and can't remember.

I know that there is a way to make it look like you had it at first even though the data is there so that you can properly filter and still get all the data. Do you know how to do that? Right now I have all the data in there and changed the font color to the same as the cell color so you just can't see it, but I know there is a better way.
My data column has lot of blanks in between and i need to copy the cell below in only the cell above and leave the rest of them blank. Example - i want to copy A8 in A7, A11 in A10, A34 in A33 and so on. But leave all other cells blank. Can somone help me with this?
