My grandmother who taught me how to crochet was the Granny Square Queen when it came to making blankets for everyone in the entire family including all of her grandkids and her great grandkids! She would’ve LOVED 🥰 LOVED 🥰 LOVED🥰 THIS Sweater! Thanks for sharing this it’s amazing not to mention beautiful!
Wow is this ever pretty! And on a channel that I can actually follow along with and complete a wearable. This channel consistently provides Such high quality videos and I am so grateful for it. Thank you 👏🏻😊☺️

I'm not the only Variegated freak! 💗💗💗
I finished my first cardigan thanks to this tutorial, I started it 2 years ago and felt intimidated by how much time I needed to put into this project. I left it alone and recently I got the motivation to finish it.
Excellent idea and instructions. I've never seen this method before. Thanks.
You are such a wonderful and delightful teacher. I didn’t think I could do anything like this but because of your tutorial I am ready to try. Thanks so much.
LOVE how thorough your tutorials are. Thank you so much!!!

You are an awesome teacher! Your patience and explanations are commendable!
Brilliant….definitely a stash busting project……thanks for such clear instruction.
This cardigan is Fabulous! I love how you explain/show the different steps on making this. KUDOS!!!!❤️
I love this it reminds me of the 70's. Thanks so much
I dont know how I missed this tutorial! 👀watching now👀
I ordered the same yarn and follow the video but when I made it I needed 3 yarn cakes to make it a bit bigger maybe you could tell viewers it was a small adult or child of 8!🌸🌸🌸
thank you
I love to hand stitch and am so glad you did this tutorial. I have watched others do the same pattern but you explain before going on to finish the sweater.💙
If you want both sides the same color patterns, make sure to choose 2cakes that have identical centers. If you can’t find matching cakes, begin by pulling the yarn out of one until the colors match the beginning of the other cake (as close as possible). I know each crochet instructor has their preference, but I almost never see anything together (except purse linings), I single crochet all seams. If you don’t want the slight amount of bulkiest, slip stitch it together. I also crochet over my ends. That’s a given time saver. But everyone does what they’re comfortable with.
Love your name Laurel. I’m Laurel too. 4-5-2024
This tutorial is very easy to follow. I adore the colors of the yarn cakes.. Thank you it’s a fabulous cardigan 👍

You are a wonderful teacher, I started this sweater on another channel but the seaming together was much different and the instruction was hard to follow. I found your tutorial and seamed it the way you did. Thanks.

Absolutely love granny squares. Never made a wearable yet. Will definitely give this a try, looks pretty easy
They’re all the rave in fashion magazines and high end models are often spotted with the granny square cardigan and I’ve noticed on some TV shows, there’s a often a folded crochet blanket or on the back of a couch in the background! I think it’s so great to see our craft making it in more mainstream media!
This is beautiful!!! Such an easy tutorial to follow!! Thank you for sharing!! 🥰🧶🌻
Love love love your tutorials
So far I am enjoying this! I tend to make things to big....hopefully I will get this right. It's so beautiful! Thank you for such a lovely cardigan.
I love that you always tell us the yarn weight so we can substitute our own yarn. This seems like a no brainer, but most tutorial videos don't give this info so we can make this change. Thanks again Jennifer you are amazing!!
Yay! I’m so glad that helps!!
@@fiberflux very many thanks, Jennifer!!

A very good video. Thank you.
This was fun one to make .
Thank you l love your Cardigan God bless
How could I make one in an XL, and how much yarn is needed, I love the way you teach good job with everything, thank you 😍😍
I have watched several other hexagon cardigan videos and this is the first that didn't start with a hexagon in the first round. I have made and sold dozens of these cardigans. I am trying to figure out the purpose of building a circle first and then building a hexagon
This is beautiful I think it would be nice with a front post, back post dc stitch as a border. What do you think? Would it hang okay. Since it such a open stitch?
I'm making myself this hexagon cardigan one day 👏🏽 I got it on my crochet to do list 🙌🏽🧶💖 can't wait to make this one day.
Would love to see what it looks like on ...
I love my work on this cardi. Thank you so much. My question is this. Have you considered placing a sc edging around to support the pull of the neck especially?
GOOD TUTORIAL
Thank you so much for the absolutely clear directions. I truly appreciate this. ❤
The Cardi will be my next project: I am Knitting your 'The Hello Winter Hat' right now :)
Oh gorgeous!
They would make beautiful blankets
How do you know if you have the right sides out? They both look alike
Very nice 👍👍
