Nice job folks, and the Wyndham product is real. However, you paid 15 years and fulfilled your mortgage obligation. Many people are suckered into a contract and have a mortgage that is only 2-3 years old. This program will NOT help them. It is for customers with no mortgage, and who are up to date on their maintenance fees.
How can I terminate my contract with them after the grace period is up? Am I able to pay the downpayment that was made and cancel? or is there another way?

Unless you are going to burn your suitcases and never vacation anymore, don't dump your timeshare sonny!!! Specially if it's paid for! maintenance too high? Isn't your home maintenance high? Is your car maintenance high????? Don't be dumb! Stop paying maintenance for your home and will happen? Stop maintaining your car and what will happen? Penny wise and pound foolish!!! A fool and his timeshare are soon separated....smh.......
We love our timeshare Resort Condos WorldMark experiences (by Wyndham) also. However when we’re ready in 10-15 yrs hopefully “Ovation” will still be the way
