- Canceling a Timeshare Contract legally presents many challenges. Timeshare Exit Companies are soliciting and luring timeshare owners to pay significant fees to cancel a timeshare contract. Unbeknownst to timeshare owners, the same claims and arguments made by the Timeshare Exit Companies can be made on their own. The challenge at that point is being able to prove your claims when the timeshare developers know that the purchase agreement disclosed all terms, conditions, & liabilities. Very informative. As many presentations I sat in this time, I got caught in the illusion. I was pressured. I couldn't really enjoy the rest of my vacation. I did get a chance to read the contract back in my room and saw that it had a 10-day period for cancelation. I wish I had seen this video before mailing my letter. I still have 2 more days, so I will draft another letter to be sure to follow these tips. Lord's will all works out for me.

I want to get out of Exploria Resort timeshare I was pressure to buy it last may 2023 they seller promise me that she will help me to cancel, since then I'm been sending certificates letters requesting a cancellation and they denied my request and also complaint to different government agencies and not getting help at all...I stopped paying waiting for them to do the right thing and closing this nightmare and nothing, what else should I do???
Hi, thank you for your video, I didn't understand anything about what I bought, I'm tied up with a contract without ever having used it and paying monthly fees per month and also an annual fee for something that I don't know what it is, I don't know how it works, I don't know how to use it and I can't get out of this I'm in a panic
