Stanley Royd Documentary

A documentary, first aired in 1986, about the food poisoning outbreak at the Wakefield mental hospital in 1984. The salmonella outbreak, linked to poor hygiene standards, resulted in the deaths of 19 patients at the hospital. This documentary focusses on George Hall and the effect of his death on his family.
