- Mindless scrolling puts a damper on everything I love about my humanity: creative spirit, human connection, feeling joyful and using my autonomy.
Personally, I feel way better at actively choosing what content I consume, spending time fostering meaningful connections, and creating from a grounded and soulful place. In a world inundated with endless distractions, it's time to take control of our digital experience and cultivate a space that truly reflects who we are and what we stand for. Even if it will be difficult.

Hi everyone ✨ I hope you’re doing well! How do you feel about consuming content nowadays? Fulfilled? Empty? Jealous? Happy?
❤ Thank you! Have a Fantabulous day. 😊
Thank you for watching ✨ hope you have a great day as well 🌿
Earlier this morning I had the same "What if" conversation with myself; however, it involved money. "What if everything were free and I didn't need my creations to make money...would I still create?" It seems that if the first step to creating something is "How can I optimize for money", then are we truly creating for ourselves? Money comes from the outside.
I've been curating my feed for this "New wave" content that you spoke about, because that's what I've found my heart and mind needs (I'm sure we all need it) and I believe you're on the forefront of that change, so please keep up the good work!
Ooooh yes, This! ✨ I'm both very creative and kind of entrepreneurial at the same time and sometimes the latter takes over way too much and makes everything I come up with a side hustle. Not very good 😅 So I try to put all those thoughts aside and try focusing on just making because I feel like it.
The algorithm is actually our audience.. I saw a whole video about that from RUclips explaining, that all the algorithm does, is to link people who actually watch our "kind" of video's and content to our video's.... That is all the algorithm does... Link subjects to people who actually look at that kind of content 🌹
Yes! It's very interesting, especially with the YT algorithm I think ☺
@@JacquelineWester true! And we just keep doing what we love, even though it can take years to grow on RUclips 🌹I think the right people will eventually find us, I hope haha 🤓🌹
You were recommended to me, and I am glad. That was really interesting. Hi from Holland.
I got off Facebook, just because it took me too much time and I wasn't reaaly that interested in what I was reading. RUclips is addicting too I find, but better content.
Hello Holland! I'm happy you found me and watched my videos 🙏 Yes I agree, YT sure can be a waste of time, but as you say, I feel too that it's often better content and if you choose it: a slower pace.
its the value, whatever is your passion.
when you dont have that meaning, you will drift. theres no glue to life.
Yes I believe so too ☺
Glad to have been recommended your videos by the algorithm itself because your perspectives are interesting. More of this please.
I think you could grow to find a larger audience what with the adoption of the way the older RUclips 'vibe' is returning. Your voice is very soothing to listen to as well so that's also a bonus :)
I have read 'Amusing Ourselves to Death' by Neil Postman who put a perspective that society is more like Aldous Huxley's Brave New World and that TV (and the offshoots now of social media etc) acts as 'soma' from the novel, making us lose our rights by being just entertained by different distractions.
Anyway, my views there, please make more videos, I look forward to them.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, and I'm happy to hear my voice works on video haha 😄🙏 I try, as often as I can, to think about intentions when I pick up my phone or start binge watching stuff on TV. Why am I doing this? If the answer is because I'm bored I try to go and do something else. It's not always working nor easy, but that simple question have given me more time to actually do things I like.
I feel everything you’re feeling …
Thank you for sharing your feelings with me, it means a lot 🙏
