Currently 5 in the morning literally suffering right now from this immense pain. I have a sore throat, ear aches, and a oh so painful jaw right now. I’m literally praying that I get in today so this pain stops. I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy.
Anyone else become fascinated by teeth since finding this channel like me? I've started flossing, and I've changed to an electric toothbrush since I found it a few weeks ago! Hell, I've even booked a checkup at the dentist for the first time in years next week! 😂
@@TeethTalk *update* I've seen a dentist, and also a hygienist now! I'm now starting teeth whitening with my dentist! Thanks for inspiring me to look after my teeth a bit better, and I look forward to seeing more of your video's! All the best from the UK! 🇬🇧
My experience so far - hope this helps anyone getting their wisdom out Day 1- just before the torture-Eat a big meal before surgery as if your on death row. Mine was extracted by general aesthetic. Lots of tugging , drilling and a grown man ripping my cheek apart! (Literally) took around 30mins to extract 1 tooth. No pain during surgery- just VERY uncomfortable and felt a ton of pressure. Kids, if you never taken drugs well now is your time to shine! I took pain killers an hour after surgery as pre caution and took pain killers every 4 hours. The bleeding didn’t stop for 6 hours after surgery so visited the torture house again, they checked it and said it’s nothing to worry about. REMEMBER to use a WET gauze for 30mins & then leave the gauze OUT and see if it clots on its own. Worked a treat for me On tonight’s delicious menu: soup cooled down, water, yogurt. - force yourself to shove some baby like food down & take tiny sips of water!! Later that evening I had sore throat and face started to swell like a balloon. Used ice on cheeks. The bleeding went down during the night on its own. No beauty sleep, I slept upright, which was very uncomfortable. Stack 2 pillows & Buy a travel neck pillow! Day 2- Prepare to look like Quagmire or the botched jaw filler look! Sore throat but no pain. Got a fever, Nasty blood taste in mouth but no active bleeding.. Fine wine and dine: porridge, rice pudding, ice cream, soup and sipped on lots of water throughout the day. Been taking pain killers every 6 hours through out the day. I managed to brush some of my pearly whites very carefully, Avoiding the site of extraction . (This made me feel better) Beauty sleep was better than the night before but still uncomfortable & kept waking up. Slight pain 4/10 at night. Remember to take a shower & do your skin care- trust me you will feel ALOT better Day 3 - Wednesday - still rocking the botched jaw filler look. throat is very sore, voice is gone, blocked nose, headache. Think I got a cold. Fever has gone down. Nasty taste in mouth. Done salt and water rinse (check on RUclips how to). Meal of choice: soft foods, drank the whole ocean, cold matcha tea. VERY IMPORTANT-salt rinse after each meal- and after brushing Only taken 2 pain killers. Pain level is like when you bite into your cheek. Day 4- woohoo, survived the worst-blotched jaw filler still intact. Still got a cold and cough. I Used Vicks in hot water and breathed in the steam to clear the mucus. Slept like a baby- but now got bad neck pains (due to sleeping upright) On tonight’s menu: Wonderful soup, mash, lots of water, and tub of ice cream! Now in rehab & taken no pain killers. Still brushing my teeth like a 1 year old. Challenged myself and even tried a bit of flossing, jaw hurts so can’t open mouth that wide Day 5- botched jaw filler is slowly going down (Hoorayyy) mild pain today. Still have sore throat so swallowing is a challenge! Felt dizzy and weak Took 1 pain killer with food this morning. I’m still quite ill with a cold. If I didn’t catch a cold I think everything would have been 10x easier! Can open mouth slightly wider so was able to brush a lot better. Noticed white stuff on the site and around the extraction which (according to google) is a good sign. Also noticed the stitches are starting to come loose, which again according to google , can happen and nothing to panic Food: beef pate (we getting fancy) mash, soup- drank tiny sips of water every hour (hurts to swallow but don’t want to be dehydrated!) Had the best sleep ever! Don’t need to sleep upright anymore. REMEMBER - your body is your temple so do some light stretches. Hopefully I can take a walk tomorrow if the swelling goes down more :) if you have a garden, don’t be shy and pop your head out for some fresh air
@@TheSoulCrisis omg! Good luck! Let me know how it goes - also remember to buy a water injector- it’s a small plastic syringe, you will need it on week 2 to remove food that gets trapped in the hole
Thank you so much for this I have 1 impacted wisdom tooth but my dentist wants to take both out on the sides of my lower mouth. I'm scared because I was avoiding it but even using a syringe with mouthwash everyday haven't worked much other than keeping the area cleaned.
@@Kayla-eh5fb ahh, I honestly feel for you. I was in the same boat with an impacted wisdom which I managed to keep for 3 years until the pain got worse and it started to bleed a lot when I brushed it. It eventually had to be removed . I would definitely say to get it removed before it starts causing more issues and pain. Honestly it’s not that bad. It’s more the discomfort & mouth feeling swollen than pain & not being able to eat properly for the first week.
“Wisdom teeth develop when the body is fully developed” I’m 15 male and I haven’t had many signs of puberty yet. But I have little bits of teeth at the back of my mouth.
she said they don’t FULLY come in until our bodies are almost completely physically developed, that’s why you feel bits of them and not a full-grown tooth because that’ll fully come in later on. hope that helps!!
I had my wisdom teeth extracted when I was 17 years old in 1999. From what I was told, I was quite entertaining when I woke up. Apparently I told the dental assistant, who was about 40 years my senior, that we belonged together and that I'd never forget her. She asked me when our first date was when I had to go back to get the stitches out. 😖
So they gave you so much anesthesia that you even fell asleep and wasn't fully conscious. That's insanse. When they extracted 4 teeth from me, they gave me anestesia but it's just that I couldn't feel my mouth anymore. I was fully awake. And by the way those were 4 very healthy teeth and strong, so strong that the dentist struggled to get the teeth out with a plier from my mouth. He pulled with all his strenght - what he said.
I’m finally seeing a dentist again after about 10 years. Only because my wisdom teeth partially came out and they’re bugging me. I’m anxious but ready to get it all taken care of and continue regular check ups.
@Zyxylz I think once the pain stops after the initial break through, it might happen again within the year. After that just gotta keep them clean to avoid infection. Ultimately, removing them is the best route.
@Zyxylz have they fully erupted yet bc this is happening to me too & it’s super uncomfortable! I can’t stop picking at it w my tongue & it causes me to be really uncomfortable or in borderline pain.
Thanks for the videos! I recently had my first filling and watched your video on the process to ease my stress. I brushed my teeth twice a day but never flossed because it hurt my gums (because I never flossed, lol). Since watching your videos my dental hygiene has totally changed. I never want to have another filling so I have switched up my process. I brush in the morning but at night I brush, then floss, then swish ACT fluoride mouthwash before bed. My dentist says my other teeth look excellent so hopefully I will never need another filling, meanwhile I keep watching your videos because I never knew dental hygiene was so damn interesting. Thanks for taking the time to share this stuff, it has certainly helped me.
Thank you for great informative videos! Had my 1st panoramic x-ray last year after finding a new dentist and found out I was born with just bottom wisdom teeth! I'm 30 and was shocked to learn that could happen, but relieved since I've been worrying my top teeth were hiding the last 10 years.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted a month ago. I now have bone fragments sticking my tongue and the oral surgeon said it will correct itself and not to go through surgery. It’s pretty annoying but it isn’t painful anymore.
Love these vids! Found you last Tuesday and made my dentist appt(something hadn’t done in 7-8 years) and went today. Felt comfortable and confident. Thank you so much for your tips! I found out so much and they are about to get my teeth on track and I’ve already started with buying my waterpik, string floss, electric toothbrush, mouthwashes and got a good Rec for toothpaste today. My dentist is so happy about my steps I’ve taken already. Thank you! Can’t wait to have better teeth ☺️🥰
was told for years i didn’t have wisdom teeth. today i found out i in fact do have wisdom tell. im in my 20s and i just found out. after being told for so many years that i didn’t have them, then being told i do, is explaining why i’ve been having so many symptoms was surprising.
Peace, Love & Teeth 🥺 You said that with so much happiness 🙂 Wow.. I have never seen and heard someone more happy talking about teeth, so informative, playful and flirty. Of course I don't even remember a single word I just heard, my bottom left jaw is drilling me with some wisdom, my left cheek gain some weight, my left ear is offline, and food is having a hard time finding a good docking spot - Ohh AaM Geez. 🤒😷
got 2 wisdom teeth extracted in one sitting(one of which was surgical)...the first day of recovery was pretty damn tough, not gonna lie...but its pure relief from 2nd day onwards...dont be scared guys!!🥃its pretty normal...
@@elliea595 😂😂...after 2 hours of surgery when the effect of aesthesia gets over,it really does hurt and the face swells up, expect bleeding to stop after 6-7 hours...and u r not allowed to spit out...but following the tips which britney give in one of her videos on recovery after wisdom tooth extractions actually helped me..💥
My dentist hates me because I won’t get mine out 😂 I make them do a panoramic x Ray every time and so far they’re coming in straight and not bothering me! My mom and older siblings still have theirs!
@@ashboifuk oh I see.. I guess mine hurt due to an infection.. I got it treated and now it is normal again. Glad to know your teeth are good. Hopefully mine will be fully risen soon
I had the same thing. All of mine came through straight with no issues. Then my upper tooth started hurting and got it pulled. 10 years later, my other upper wisdom has broken and is infected and needs extraction.
Same here!! I need to know because my mouth is so sore I’m struggling to swallow. My wisdom tooth is growing in on the upper left side of my mouth and the roof of my mouth on the left side is so red and sore. My gum in that area is sore too.. and the left side of my tongue and left side of my throat is really sore too 😭 on top of that.. the back of my throat is red and has a few spots which is making it worse for me. *cry*
Thank you this was so helpful. I'm scared :( All my wisdom teeth grew in except 1 is partially coverd by my gum still. I am going to se a dentist tomorrow. I have serious pain, but I took Motrin and it helped soooosoo Much.
I love your videos they are very informative. I've got one of my wisdom teeth erupting now, mad thing is I'm 45! It's only partially erupted, you are absolutely right the pain is not like an abscess it's different still hurts though very tender it bleeds a fair bit too. It's hard to keep clean but I'm doing my best, I hope it doesn't get any worse reading some of the comments here is scary!
I’m 47 and am in agony from my wisdom tooth coming through.I just had a root canal and crown done just before Christmas the wisdom tooth is next to this one 🤦🏽♀️I will be calling them in the morning 🙏
I still have my wisdom teeth and they don’t hurt at all (I’m 22). My dentist said I’ll have to have them removed but hopefully not since my mom never needed hers taken out.
my mother and her cousin have all of their wisdom teeth as well with no inflammation, so if you think you are fine maybe get another professional opinion?
My wisdom teeth came in without any real problems. My dentist I initially wanted to remove all four, but I declined. The lower left one grew in a bit crooked, and was removed when I was 31. The lower right one got a cavity, which was filled and has been problem free for years. Top ones have no issues. If they aren’t bothering you, you may not need them out.
Our parents and grandparents kind-of have different jaws already. Most of the young adults now have problems with their wisdom teeth because of lack of space. I thought I should keep mine too until thry started affecting my other teeth badly... So make sure you get another opinion in time to be sure you really don't need it. Problems that occur after are way worse than just removing the teeth as a precaution
@@florinabn4669 having a surgery as precaution only is not the way to go, our genetics didn’t change in a matter of 40 years and if you don’t have recurring problems, (even after a few years) you still don’t have pain or inflammation in the area is a good sign that maybe you are fine with them.
I love these amazing videos these really help me I am so very excited but nervous at the same time to get my three wisdom teeth taken out on the 14th of July so very relieved will be finally having my wisdom teeth’s removed for good have large anxieties but I am getting through them and I am becoming much more stronger and I am finally getting my wisdom teeth take out after three years having my wisdom teeth growing in for so very long xo thank you so very much for the amazing tips. My wisdom teeth grew impacted had the left side removed extremely painful had to take a week off work I cried as well I took so many pain killers I was in the chair for quite some time they were also decaying.
I'm 61 and I have 2 impacted wisdom teeth in my lower jaw. Since they don't bother me I'm leaving well enough alone. They are completely submerged under the gums. My 2 upper ones came in straight when I was in my 20's and I never had them pulled bc they don't bother me. Knock wood.
I'm 16 and I'm feeling that my wisdom teeth is coming up am having all those symptoms like problem while chewing, bad breath etc etc. But while i checked to a dentist he told me extract a teeth, well it's basically an extra teeth at my pre molars and im seeing it from many days it didn't look like so much but my dentist told me it's causing me infection. But i believe it's the wisdom teeth. One more thing I'm lacking one symptom I've no problem opening the jaw just chewing and this pain seems to be returning every few weeks
Thanks so much this video helped me out so much❤️❤️❤️. For the past three days my bottom left molar teeth have been A bit sore not really painful just a bit sore but I can tell something is wrong. I’m at the dentist really soon so I will explain what I’ve been feeling. Great video nice work ❤️❤️
I got all four of mine out at 20. Granted, I spent a pretty penny to go to an elite oral and maxillofacial ($4k), and had ZERO issues post-surgery. Only issue is chewing kinda sucks
I am 29 my wisdom teeth started growing at the same time last year 3 of them are coming straight that is good but the 4th tooth grows in an angle. It's so painful when it grows. Lord. Ever since they started growing I am struggling with bad breath. I never had a problem with keeping a fresh breath. But I do have. Please do you have tips?
It's sad that I had my lower 2nd molars extracted because of poor dental hygiene, but on the bright side it gave my wisdom teeth some space to erupt because with the way it looks now it would've ended up as impacted and would cost more to be extracted.
I woke up this morning at 6am with just one swollen area for my third molar it’s backed up against my 2nd molar it hurts bad and I’ve got an appointment coming up on the 28th this is going to suck having to wait 24 more days 🙃

Thank you for your tips, Teeth Talk Girl! I can finally sleep, I was up all night with the pain. While I didn't do any usual tips, I read that peanuts have an anti flaming property, so I ate two peanut butter sandwiches while taking small bites and all my pain is gone! :)
Ugh mine has started to crowd my bottom teeth. 😫 and tonight the pain is shooting up my jaw, and causing me to have a migraine. I have a appointment coming up. I want them out ASAP! Edit- I have an appointment scheduled for next Friday for an extraction. I am so nervous but ready!
@@movby9246 It went well, I was put to sleep, thank God. One minute me and my Oral surgeon was talking. Then woke up to them smiling at me. I did develop a dry socket on the right side, which was me just being hard headed. So word of advice, do not mess with the sockets with your tounge. And or use straws! (ME). They tell you that, and give instructions. The sockets have to form blood clots, so using a straw can suck the blood clots. And can expose the nerve/bone that's is painful. But other than that I was good. Good luck!
i recently realized i was getting teeth pain from one of my upper wisdom teeth, and when i asked my fiance to checked turn's out it was a cavity i was shocked, still getting pain, so i definitely would be visiting the dentist
I removed one wisdom teeth today, no pain while removing. But now after 2hrs it's painful, to make the matter worse, a mosquito was near my ear, I got irritated and slapped hard, exact in my jaw, now am half 💀
Hi Teeth Talk Girl! I’m 17 years old and have healthy teeth and gums except during my last cleaning I might need to get my wisdom teeth removed since the dentist mentioned something about “gum pockets” and “erupted wisdom teeth.” He said it was very common. Is there a specific name for this condition?
Either periodontitis and/or gingivitis. Periodontitis messes with your jaw as well as gums. It can also have a separation or a space between your gum and your teeth. Like when you pronounce the letter m. Mmmmmm. That's how your gum is to your tooth, your upper lip is your gum and the bottom lipis your tooth. Now think of the same illustration but with the letter u. That space between your upper lip and your bottom lip will resemble your gum and tooth. Many times you chew your food, it could go in between your gum and your teeth and there'll be a big pocket down there storing all that waste. Which could lead to the gum disease like gingivitis. I'm not a dentist but hopefully this helps Edit: back to your erupted part, fully erupted wisdom tooth is fully through your gum
im only 15 and ive been asking my mom to take me to the dentist but she hasnt yet 😭 all the symptoms you stated earlier is everything ive been feeling and its scary
I have 5 wisdom teeth! Lucky for me 😅 getting them all out on the 12th of may and I’ll be awake!! Anyone have them removed awake? Any tips or encouragement? 😅
Just got my impacted wisdom tooth out. Omg... I love you dentist and doctors. I want to become one now. They get such a bad rap. Please visit your dentist. Please. They're there to help.
Lost my first tooth in the 5th grade second I lost in the 7th grade then the dentist told me they're going to come out like hotcakes. As I was in 8th and 9th grade I could just push my tooth and it will come out so I picked and choose(ed) cautiously so I can still chew. After I finally lost all my teeth and permanent ones in I got a bump in the back of my mouth on the bottom. It was a hard bump and I just kept imagine at it with a pencil eraser part. The next day it was real soft. So I got the pencil put it as far back in my mouth as I could, pressed down pretty hard then I slid it towards the front of my mouth and you could hear a big splat. All kinds of colorful stuff come out and stuck on my mirror. Did it two more times or so to make sure it was all out and then I swished that area of my mouth with peroxide, brush them hitting that hard pretty rough with the toothbrush, then I hit it with peroxide one more time. Later did it with warm water and baking soda. It was real sore the next day so I hit it with baking soda and warm water again three times that day. The day after no pain just like nothing ever happened but I noticed I had an extra tooth. Just more chewing space I guess. Been to the dentist only twice so far and I'm 38. Never had a cavity, teeth are clean and thanks to the wisdom teeth I have more chewing space. To brighten my teeth all I do is baking soda and lemon juice (from actual lemons), with a little salt make a paste out of it and work one tooth at a time. If you have the choice to do it with a regular toothbrush after you do it with a electric toothbrush. Rinse that out, brush my teeth with regular toothpaste and they're good. I admit I used to have some pretty rough breath but thanks to the water pic that no longer occurs
I’m 30 with 2 upper 3rd molars moving in… very slowly for years!! Now I’m realizing, since I don’t have the lowers (I had different dentists say I had them buried, others said they aren’t there..Confusing) so they don’t match up right. Chewing is complicated and irritating! Pain comes in waves… sucks when you already have a nerve issue! Hopefully I can afford to get them out sooner than later since I definitely underestimated the complications!
Hello Whitney 😊My wisdom teeth are currently coming through right now also I have epilepsy so are the numbing anaesthetic safe such as the laughing gas just would like to know to be safe x
I've been getting headaches as well but I've never heard that as a symptom of your wisdom teeth coming in? Is that a normal symptom or a sign of something more serious?
The dull aching pain is on point. I always wondered why i find it hard opening my mouth wide for....stuff. I had this since 2015 and didn't bother me then but it's worse now. So I might get an appointment next month.
I went to the dentist today. Everything went well until they wanted to take a picture of my wisdom teeth. I could not handle that bitewing thing so far back in my mouth. So now I need to take a panoramic picture. I’m a wimp, I know. Hope my wisdom teeth are ok, i’m so scared of the thought of removing them.
OMG The doctor took a side x ray and put that gum slicing card it was so uncomfortable I had to close my eyes and if that thing was there for another second a tear was about to fall from my closed eyes hahah
I had my wisdom teeth removed years ago. I don't remember how long ago. Before I had it done I was experiencing such terrible pain in one of them I couldn't sleep and punching myself in the face made it feel better. I had all 4 removed at once. Funny enough I remember the appointment for the procedure was at 2:30.
Ive been having nonstop headaches, ear aches, jaw pain, migraines, and some face swelling. Im supposed to get them removed April 3rd (a month from today) my mom is gonna have me sedated so im not in as much pain.
I need 2 removed 😪 haha I'm 26 lol. One of my teeth came in on its side. But I'm not in pain. But question would I lose any wisdom if I have removed?. FYI you're so gorgeous and I love your dental enthusiasm
My bottoms are in fully fine and have cavities. My top are in partially normal with slight tissue over the back portions of them with small cavities. Getting all 4 out next week I’m a nervous wreck. Just trying to stay positive and remind myself that mine aren’t deep under my gums. Should be a easy procedure. Just nervous!
I thought I was going crazy. I really did. I got covid months ago and lost my taste. Got it back fully in about 2 months. Then maybe 3 months ago started having such a nasty taste in my mouth. Went to the orthodontist took x-rays and what do u know I need all 4 wisdom teeth taken out.
it depends on the patient! truly - everyone is different - and dentistry is not a 1 size fits all. for example, patients with sensitive teeth - I'll always recommend sensitivity toothpaste. patients that are more prone to cavities - I always make sure fluoride or hydroxyapatite is in their toothpaste. always ask your dental provider what they feel is best for your individual mouth. hope this helps!
I won the genetic lottery and got only 2 on the best place the bottom which is significantly more movable ive noticed my teeth are moving and seemingly preparing for it, and i actually think my jaw finished growing in prep for it as i got a gap between my canine tooth and front teeth but my teeth dont feel or look crowded
Im 30 and JUST now starting to get immense pain from my wisdom tooth. Went to a restaurant and bit down on a very rubbery green bean 🤦🏻♀️ it has been excruciating ever since, the whole right side of my face feels like its being pounded in, and I can feel radiating pain in the teeth next to it too, along with my right jaw. Absolutely horrible.
Me wondering and talking to my mom and brother that I think I know what babies feel when teething. And then she pointed it out to be true. Now I don't know if it's an honor or a punishment 😅.
Over a year ago, I randomly got really bad pain in my teeth, mainly in my front teeth on the top and bottom where it hurts to talk or talk really loud, and it hurts to make the Z and S sound, I was really scared to go to the dentist, I'm 22 btw and this started when I was 21. Then a few days ago, my teeth just started hurting way worse and I looked in the mirror and discovered I have a really bad cavity on my bottom left wisdom tooth. I went to the dentist a few days ago and they took a 360 X Ray and other X rays and they said that I have to have 3 of my wisdom teeth removed and the doctor wasn't that clear about it but I'm pretty sure my wisdom teeth are forcing all of my other teeth forward and pushing my front teeth up and out of their gums. Also LUCKILY the wisdom tooth that has a cavity in it is one of them that they are going to remove. I can't wait till they remove them and I no longer have any more pain, it hurts so bad right now and I've been suffering for OVER 1 YEAR and also I'm scared to eat right now on the side of my mouth that has the cavity because im scared food will get stuck in the hole, the cavity is huge btw and also I have 2 more smaller cavity's they are going to fill. Also when I first noticed the big cavity, I got so scared and worried that that caused me to get sick, I'm sick right now and have a cold probably caused by the stress of worrying about the cavity. Also I just got a job at a casino and I have to talk all the time at work and yell every time I pay a bet and it hurts so bad to yell

Getting my wisdom tooth removed in 5 days! It’s been causing me pain for the past 7 months 😅CANNOT WAIT FOR IT TO BE OVERR
@4Supra it was pretty fast. It’s been uncomfortable for 4 days now but it’s not as painful as when it was still there ☺️

“Wisdom teeth develop when the body is fully developed” I’m 15 male and I haven’t had many signs of puberty yet. But I have little bits of teeth at the back of my mouth.
Are you getting facial hair or inner thigh hair?
@@danielwilson3976 I have little white hairs down there but absolutely no facial hair or acne whatsoever

she said they don’t FULLY come in until our bodies are almost completely physically developed, that’s why you feel bits of them and not a full-grown tooth because that’ll fully come in later on. hope that helps!!
Quite the ladies man
So they gave you so much anesthesia that you even fell asleep and wasn't fully conscious. He pulled with all his strenght - what he said.
and then the entire office came in the room and started clapping then the president came and handed u a 1 million dollars
I’m finally seeing a dentist again after about 10 years. Only because my wisdom teeth partially came out and they’re bugging me. I’m anxious but ready to get it all taken care of and continue regular check ups.
@babyboocici1913 If youre able, go to Mexico. For a fraction of the price, you get the same quality care.
@babyboocici1913 Mexico
@Zyxylz
Everyone here cause their teeth hurt like me 😂
Exactly..in pain.. N swollen cheek inside 😩😩

Just as I thought my wisdom teeth is coming through. I was searching in your videos if you had a video about it and now you have!
yay! one more wisdom tooth video coming this Thursday :)
Thanks for taking the time to share this stuff, it has certainly helped me.
thank YOU for telling me this. SO happy you're here and so happy you've upped your dental hygiene game!!! wishing you continued dental care :)
Same I really don’t want another filling
OMG I was so confused why my breath has gotten bad & why can I see part of my third molars. Thank you so much!
I'm the opposite. Top only
I had a wisdom tooth extracted a month ago. I now have bone fragments sticking my tongue and the oral surgeon said it will correct itself and not to go through surgery. It’s pretty annoying but it isn’t painful anymore.
how much was the total expense?
Love these vids! Found you last Tuesday and made my dentist appt(something hadn’t done in 7-8 years) and went today. Felt comfortable and confident. Thank you so much for your tips! I found out so much and they are about to get my teeth on track and I’ve already started with buying my waterpik, string floss, electric toothbrush, mouthwashes and got a good Rec for toothpaste today. My dentist is so happy about my steps I’ve taken already. Thank you! Can’t wait to have better teeth ☺️🥰
yessss! so happy you're here thank you for watching! and wishing you continued dental health! keep up the great home care :)
“You can even die “ with that excitement scared me 😭😭

I have never seen and heard someone more happy talking about teeth, so informative, playful and flirty.

I had the same thing. All of mine came through straight with no issues. Then my upper tooth started hurting and got it pulled. 10 years later, my other upper wisdom has broken and is infected and needs extraction.
The bottom two however seem to be perfectly fine.
Love the new set!!!!💕🦷

Same here!! I need to know because my mouth is so sore I’m struggling to swallow.
That explains all my questions. Thanks
I'm 29 and I still got mine. Never had any issues with it, and no dentist ever mentioned any concern there. I never had any pain or problems.
Is there a risk for gum recession after wisdom teeth extraction? If so, how is this fixed?

This confirms my biggest fear, i need oral surgery, my teeth are completely sideways.

Thank you I had to get warm salt water at the nurse in school 😅
I got all four of mine out at 20. Granted, I spent a pretty penny to go to an elite oral and maxillofacial ($4k), and had ZERO issues post-surgery. Only issue is chewing kinda sucks

It's sad that I had my lower 2nd molars extracted because of poor dental hygiene, but on the bright side it gave my wisdom teeth some space to erupt because with the way it looks now it would've ended up as impacted and would cost more to be extracted.

how’d it go?
@@movby9246 It went well, I was put to sleep, thank God. One minute me and my Oral surgeon was talking. Then woke up to them smiling at me. I did develop a dry socket on the right side, which was me just being hard headed. So word of advice, do not mess with the sockets with your tounge. And or use straws! (ME). They tell you that, and give instructions. The sockets have to form blood clots, so using a straw can suck the blood clots. And can expose the nerve/bone that's is painful. But other than that I was good. Good luck!

I'm not a dentist but hopefully this helps
Edit: back to your erupted part, fully erupted wisdom tooth is fully through your gum
im only 15 and ive been asking my mom to take me to the dentist but she hasnt yet 😭 all the symptoms you stated earlier is everything ive been feeling and its scary

Just got my impacted wisdom tooth out. Omg... I love you dentist and doctors. I want to become one now. They get such a bad rap. Please visit your dentist. Please. They're there to help.
Yeah but charge a lot. Why don't you think about that?
I admit I used to have some pretty rough breath but thanks to the water pic that no longer occurs
when i first got my wisdom tooth i thought i had food somehow stuck in my gum until i realised hahaahha

What toothpaste do you recommend to most of your patients
it depends on the patient! truly - everyone is different - and dentistry is not a 1 size fits all. for example, patients with sensitive teeth - I'll always recommend sensitivity toothpaste. patients that are more prone to cavities - I always make sure fluoride or hydroxyapatite is in their toothpaste. always ask your dental provider what they feel is best for your individual mouth. hope this helps!
thank you very informative.

I have impacted wisdom teeth, a broken/rotted one…. I also have Tricuspid Atresia (congenital heart disease) and dental clinics don’t want to see me
Over a year ago, I randomly got really bad pain in my teeth, mainly in my front teeth on the top and bottom where it hurts to talk or talk really loud, and it hurts to make the Z and S sound, I was really scared to go to the dentist, I'm 22 btw and this started when I was 21.
