    Hello Tony,
Just catching up as its my first day home in a while. Just an FYI, I've was driving Power Only for a while, but that market seems to be drying up, up here in the Midwest. (Wisconsin, Illinois, etc.) But what I have learned, and you can share this, is that it's not the trailers, it's numerous companies consolidating their business to keep their own drivers busy. Such as Schneider, and as a result, there are small ripples in the industry that then mess up the trailer tracking and loads. Then some clients, have given up on chasing trailers, as I learned from a few clients, that they then resort back to just open Van loads, and if one carrier does not pick it up, they put it out to all their carriers. I also pull for Convoy, a great company. So, now I am renting a trailer, to try this out for a few months, and searching on the load boards, or actually carriers, as I like to work with the carriers, that I know will pay me, and I do not have to chase shady brokers for my money. These several carriers have all my old Power Only loads, but now they are Van Loads, and there are significantly more of them. So, a shift in the market that I am adapting to. I'm registered with several carriers, and this diversity is allowing me to shift, and still somehow stay in business. Challenging, but I'm surviving, not thriving, but surviving and still feel like I have some control over my destiny. Sad for others, as from what I have learned, numerous Independent contractors have turned in their trucks. I feel for them. So, thank you for turning me onto Convoy from one of your older videos, as I was registered with them, but only recently, last few months, started to pull for them. I will vouch for them, they are a good company. For even when we had a few minor proverbial hiccups, they made it good, took care of me, and are straight shooters in this game. Well, sorry for the long note, but thought you could maybe use some other insights from one of your fans.
    PS
I'm the one that has a daughter living in Altadena, as we always have chatted about having a coffee together sometime. Now I have been blessed with a grandson, and hope to travel out there more frequently, hopefully someday we can have that coffee!!! Thank you for everything you do. Wishing you the best.

There's something seriously wrong with the way trucking works in America. It seems the middle man makes way more than the actual truckers in the trucking/transportation industry which is absolutely crazy. I'm in Florida BTW one of the absolute worst on the list😂
