    Another top video Steve 👍🏻 , wish I knew you were going to sell injectors before I paid full price for a set !
    Would be good to see what you can do with the car with HP tune and increasing boost , be interesting how the car reacts to different changes

    There is a injector removal too. It's a bit like a slide hammer but it hooks around the injector. Saves destroying the plastics on the injector.

    No cam Bucket Replacement while you're there and have the Rail off.....being so close to the HPFP I would've done that also* Great video!

    Got something very similar myself regarding Jump Packs. Got the Halfords up to 3L one which is small like yours and includes the USB Ports which is ideal for charging your phone whilst out and about. Another great and informative video Steve! 👍

    in my mind if you have 30% bigger injectors, you have 130% of the fuel before, so the injector timing should be divided by 1.3, not multiplied by 0.7, the difference is about 7%

    When I worked at ford engine plant Bridgend the bosch injectors were pre fitted to the fuel rail and was inserted into the head as one unit and the two center bolts were done up first and then the outer bolts are done up in two stages 10 nm and 25nm I think, you have check the torque settings as I can't remember the final torque settings if you don't follow this bosch engineering said that the seals could fail and you could have a engine fire due the high fuel pressure and if you messed up the process the fuel rail was rejected and a new one fitted

      That's good information thank you. Hopefully i will be ok but I lubed the top seals before fitting the rail and tightened them in stages.

    Damnit. I just did these, and put the retainers on the fuel rail, then installed. Which i think is the wrong way after watching your video…fack haha. I think i need to re do em!

    I really want to fit an auxiliary fuel kit.. because then since it sits just between the throttle body and intake manifold it will keep the intake valves clean..

    Be careful doing just injectors. That stock HPFP will max out quick. Even 10hp and it’s maxed and now your injectors are doing more harm than good.
    The tuners here in the U.S have tested it. You’ll definitely want to get the upgraded pump.

    I know this is a old video but it’s come to light that the 2015+ jaguar xjr the 5.0 supercharged model use the same 30% injectors for less money and there is a few guys testing out the hpfp from the same car.

      Yeh they are jaguar injectors. Be interesting if the pump works too

    Great video Steve. Though I have a few questions? Still running the standard fuel pressure? Or did you increased the pressure? I assume the bigger injector you used have higher flow, not higher pressure?

      Fuel pressure is already increased to 165 bar but I may go to 175 when I remap the car.

    How far can you go with bolt ons before needing a map? I’m talking induction kit, crossover, silicon inlet pipe and inter cooler? I also have an st.

      changing to a sport cat or decat is where you will need the map alered to avoid a engine code.

      No because it runs the same air fuel ratio. That's why I had to rescale them.

    When you did your quick maths, did you not reduce the injector size by 30% and not increase by 30%?
    100×0.7 is 70 which in effect has taken away 30%.
    I'd find 30% of the original number and add it to the original number. If that's how it works scaling the injectors.
    My maths (may be wrong) makes +30% the figure to be 0.050442704

      @@pjneale I'm not knowledgable about this stuff so was thinking he was putting in the map a 30% bigger injector so would have to put in that it is 30% bigger. I don't know how it works.

      @@fordyford because the injectors are 30% bigger, keeping that number the same would result in it over fuelling. So reducing it by 30% should roughly reduce the fuel delivery to match what the stock injectors was giving. Now the bigger injectors will allow him to go for a bit more power because the bigger injectors can deliver more fuel and that number will be increased when being mapped for optimum flow.

      @@pjneale ahhh sweet. I was simply thinking the ecu needed to know that the injectors had 30% more delivery capacity, I wasn't thinking the figure as compensation so get the same fuel at the same point from a better flowing injector.
