Glad all over

Written by Dave Clark and Mike Smith and released in November 1963 by "The Dave Clark Five ". It was a number 1 UK hit in January 1964. One of my first records I bought and recorded on the Columbia label.

Nice to see a cover song that doesn't replicate the original. It works really well slowed down with a simple accompaniment. I wish more people would put their own slant on well known songs.

Hi 👋 i was young in the 1960s. Dave Clark Five were a favorite band of mine. I love this song , it would excite me when it would be played on the radio. You have certainly done a good cover of it.
