2 morning Union Pacific freight trains meet at Philips Road

2 Union Pacific freight trains seen going eastbound and westbound towards Topeka and Lawrence on the UP Kansas subdivision. The eastbound train was a tanker train heading towards Lawrence, the westbound was heading towards Topeka. Both trains were filmed at the grade crossing on Philips Road just off US24 outside of WilliamsTown

A two-fer! What were the odds of that? Interesting-- though I guess not unexpected-- that the 2nd train blew its horn. Neat area for a catch, very pretty!
