It's called a torque bit (star shaped) I think it was a #8 bit

Yeah you have to use a etching solution like winks rust remover

I found that the boker wiha stubby is the best driver for getting those hard loctited screws

Yeah I like it because you can get more leverage on the thicker handle

Purple at around 76v, gold around 60v or bronze around 13v would be my choices for a green anodized scale that would decently match
