Excellently designed knife and coming in at under 2 ounces. A metal wire can be easily fashioned around the standoff to safely hold a lanyard, or just tie a snake knot. Some people don't have the legal ability to carry a larger knife. Also FYI - ZT included a pocket clip so the knife can be clipped to your pocket. Revolutionary concept.
I’m a little late to the party but man I love this knife. I couldn’t disagree more with your review. It’s a useful knife you can always have with you. Great for the 5th pocket.
And the 6th pocket in a pinch 💩
I like this knife alot! I like I can use it for alot of things & it's small too. I like the pocket clip on it for hanging in my 5th pocket & staying there & not falling out! I agree the price is a little high for it.
I bought it. I love small knives. What ppl don't understand is material costs is not that much of a major factor in knives. It's the cost of working with the material why ppl see massive price jump. A cheap soft steel is much easier to work with then cv20 and plastic is easier to work with then carbon fiber etc.

Benchmade did one like this too, tthe micro pocket rocket, $320, same size, 20cv steel, though it has plain titanium on both sides and has a lanyard hole.

LTK you are the funniest. I gave up on ZT about a year ago. Sold all my ZTs. Only reason I watched this video was your title which caught my eye. Glad I watched it, had a really good laugh.
I can see maybe the labor costs would be close to one of their full size knives, but the small amount of material here shouldn’t make this the same price as a normal knife. I paid $200 new at a local shop for the 0640. Carbon, titanium, and 20 cv just like this.

well, knives without pocket clips generally suck because i hate things hanging around at the bottom of my pocket but i agree it's very expensive and too small and if im carrying something this small its a protech calmigo.
I think it would be a good pocket chunker or keychain knife for $80 or less

ZTs designs are going downhill overall (just like you said). It's a shame.
You reviewed a button lock knife a week or two. I commented that I should buy it because I’m tired of waiting on Spyderco to make any more of there new button lock knife. I can’t go back and find your review of that compression button lock knife anywhere. Please help if you can to point me in the right direction. Thanks so much, if you can. It is so bad it is comical and your take on the knife really had me smiling great video on a not so great knife.
I don't have a problem with it being a small knife, I don't have a problem with the branding and "billboarding", I don't have a problem with the carbon fiber scale. I DO have a problem with the price. No way is that worth spending $200 unless you have a couple money trees in your backyard.
I was just talking about zt’s direction in one of the edc fb groups. Up untill a couple years ago, almost everything zt put out was an absolute MUST HAVE. They were an absolute hit factory. Not so anymore. I hope they get back on track

Get a cold steel tuff lite at $30, amazing knife, I know it's not a zt, but it's just for opening boxes and packages, why would you want a $200 knife for that? Put another $50 and get a Spyderco shaman, $15 less and you got a pm2, $80 more and you get a zt0562
If it was like $70-80 I will buy it, but more of $200, naah better get a 0452 or is you want a full ti than a 0450 or a 0460

I personally like it has a clip so I can put in my shirt pocket at work. I also like the carbon and titanium design.

Love my 0560 and 562CF but this? What's its competition? The Dragonfly? It would make more sense as a slip joint with no clip.

I'd love that knife for carrying at work. I used to carry a Spyderco Cricket, which was amazing. This looks like a novelty just like that, and the Squid but sometimes these small knives from our favorite brands can be absolutely awesome. I'll take it! I only got one because I collect zt knives but I bought mine on the secondary market for 100 bucks lol. I also figured that zt will discontinue this one pretty quickly lol.
The thing that drives me off most is price,if I'm going to go that high then I'd rather get a Bestech Goblin the rest of time either a Spyderco Ladybug or a Grasshopper and many other tiny knives.
I need a small discrete knife that I can keep clipped to my belt. Smaller the better... What else would you recommend? This seemed perfect to me.

I was totally underwhelmed when they unveiled this knife and shocked at the asking price. It seems that maybe the design team proposed this concept as a joke but some manager actually liked the idea and took it to production. SMH

This might be the first negative review on your channel 😱. I like the design and wouldn’t pay $200 but I did just purchase one in the Zt sale from knife joy for $130. Even at $130 was pushing it but was worth a shot. This knife needed a bugout clip and I would carry it in my coin pocket.

The fail isn’t the size. It’s the size that doesn’t have a lanyard hole. And that size knife, regardless of manufacturer, should never cost more than $50

Well she hasn’t handled it yet, but I just ordered one for my wife because it’s just about the only knife that COULD be used defensively AND actually fit in her tiny girl pockets so she will carry it. Also for someone so price sensitive it seems like you might have dropped a couple bucks on that full titanium handled zt lol.

Its like they had a bunch of material drop laying around the factory & said "hey ! instead of throwing away the scrap drop-- " " lets build a new model out of it, & charge 200 bucks for it"--- BRILLIANT !!!
