They don't even answer the phone. You get cut off. I have questions that are not answered on their website. I have been trying to talk to someone for weeks.
The system isn't just anti-user, it's completely broken; both to the point it seems purposeful. The site is full of bugs and goes down daily. The phone support has hour+ long hold times and is available just one day a week. If site bugs (like form validation issues or broken links) prevent you from 100% finishing a claim (it's not even clear when a claim is complete anyway), the claim will get dismissed outright without warning. I worked in online software for years and even I can't find my way around the current interface or how to take simple actions like filling out the job search log or submitting requested documents. Print documentation, website info, and phone reps provide inconsistent information. I'm shocked there hasn't been a class action yet.
It is not clear how to submit documents to UI online. Documents are received in the My Inbox, however there are no instructions on how to communicate back.
Why are there no live people to talk to? I drive a school bus and go through this nightmare every time there is a school vacation. Waiting on payment from Christmas week. All my thing says is "hold" "no payment" Why? I did everything that the system wants me to do.
My unemployment account was locked for over a month. I have called their "assistance" line many times over this period, and they let me know there is nothing they can do. Supervisors were supposed to get in contact with me "in a few days". It has been a whole damn month! Absolutely incompetent idiots working here obviously.

The page that has webcert ID...click on forgot password...then make new password and answer to security question. Then it will bring you to the UI application. :)

How long does it take to receive first payment .. opened claim 6/20 and today is 7/30 and still no payment and can not get a hold of a live person to tell me when will i get a first payment. so fustrating when you are trying to keep up with bills and put food in your childs mouth.. The state need to do better

I can see it online, but they keep requesting more id.Theyare saying I have not provided more information requested!! PLEEZ, a passport and ss card. doesn't get much better than that! Then all my future forms to fill out have been frozen and then I schedled a phone call which put me on HOLD FOR 54 minutes!!! No lie. How about you hire me to fix this broken system?
Can SOMEONE please explain how to get an address entered into employer info section? This would be the line filled in when you see an employer IN PERSON. It asks for address. Address entered 100 times to no avail. This is nuts that there is no instruction.
This didn’t help at all . Last time I collected something went wrong with my online application an I wasn’t able to sign up & UI was suppose to fix the issue but they never did . They aren’t calling me back or anything . This sucks . I’m going to loose everything
Don,t give up the system is designed deter and make claims difficult. Make sure you have all documents and information about your job handy. Once set up its not difficult. Always select Direct deposit for UI payment. Once you are registered remember claim once every week Sunday you are unemployed. Another thing that causes delays is that they request time sensitive information. if you don't respond this causes delays and non payment. remember its not set and forget.

They are absolutely horrible! If there is is anything in the slightest about your previous jobs that is nonstandard, you're screwed, and you cannot actually reach a real human if you have problems. The only thing worse than getting laid off is dealing with this idiot system.
