Since March he got no money whatsoever With the lack of customer service (you can wait on hold for 3 hours with no answer). Now when he log into his account, the questions he answered are back. Question # 1 if he answered the question which appeared he is refiling again for a claim, will that make the period from March to Now not covered ? And the claim will only from now and on? Question # 2Is there a way to get a live person help in the government somewhere somehow ? Yes I’m seeking help on RUclips which is odd. Like many things these days are. Thanks in advance
