I’ve been filing for 6 weeks now and still have not received any payment. I’m behind on rent, no money for food or to wash my clothes. It’s not easy finding a job on the fly. How is this fair for New Yorkers who need the help. There’s no one that can help. No call no one to Email. I’ve emailed IDME and noting. I have no idea what till do you survive until getting benefits. I pray every day that’ll It’s come but nothing. I feel so hopeless at this point.

The commissioner created this video because they have no phone support. They do not answer the phones ever. You can't even leave a message. The the poor New Yorkers who are not adept at using the web site are left alone to fend for themselves. As far as I know, the NYS DOL doesn't have physical offices where you can visit and talk to a clerk. They rely completely on the web site and no human interaction. That is absurd.
Should tell the people of new york who the private company that is proprietary and can't file complaints against doing business in New York who holds the accounts under the disguise of keybank and mastercard.

Yes no way to get a hold of them, that unemployment claim number never answer, they put you through the automated voice,nobody never pics up the phone
