I typed into Google "does Omar El-Takori still work for Think Media?" and this video popped up. I am less than 4 minutes in, I'm currently just doing research for upcoming content right now because this is my niche as well. I'm looking on Think Media and I don't see any recent video from Omar. it's really only been Sean. I'm pay attention and even thought I haven't finished watching, thank you for this!

The answer is simply that the bubble burst. They were on top of the world at a time when everyone wanted to be influencers. People quit. People learned everything they needed to learn. Their market peaked.

Nothing stays the same but change. The tough part is knowing which parts to keep even when the algorithm aint algoing. Consistency in an industry as young as Content Creation is like playing a shell game. You can only pivot, change and rebrand so much before you become something people don’t recognize. I see people jumping from financial literacy to relationship advice to lifestyle trying to chase the carrot. I think that is a HUGE mistake

@@ThinkMediaTV Thanks for providing that clarity! While I have strong opinions about everything in life, I will always do my best to provide valuable context because at the end of the day, we're all striving for the same goals and that's ultimately to make impact. I don't agree with everybody's methods and everybody doesn't agree with mine. That's what makes platforms like these great and I appreciate and respect what you guys have built that gives creators like me the opportunity to do what I do. ThinkMedia looked more like a family than a business to most of us and that's where the question comes in of what is happening.

Even though I like all 3 Sean, Nolan and Omar, I was disappointed when I pointed out to Sean on why he interviews people like PBD who has a narrow-mind that women should sit at home, especially when women purchase Sean's course.
Sean deleted my comment and hid it. It's like using women to earn money, but keep promoting such men who live in stone age. After a lot of criticism that PBD has changed his stance on working women & he keeps giving lame excuses that, "oh, I didn't mean this, I mean that." It's a waste to buy these people's courses.

I recently came across his video, everything I already thought about Sean, THINK Media and all the others that blew up when we were inside are struggling now. Those that have broke off have a following from THINK, so their new channels are still going to do well yet it seems like they want us to think they’re the regular person starting without an audience.

HAHH - dude, this is one of the most real / interesting videos i've seen in a long while, and touches on sensitive but true issues. Motivation and group encouragement isn't worthless, but its a "necessary but not sufficient" condition - motivation is good and valuable. But as you said - thumbnails, content, thumbnails or whatever also don't guarantee anything....its sensational/sexy topics, news, react videos - in a sense, its like being a PhD. You may love a subject, but ultimately, your research and work will be dictated by whats....sexy or "important", not your artistic whims. I appreciate you making this video Walter!

Interesting video. Big fan of Think Media too. I liked Heather. They never really did say why she left. My thoughts are that she was burnt out on the job. Her last few interviews it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Imagine doing channel reviews for 2 hours on terrible channels. Nothing personal I'm working on mine. As far as Sean sometimes it takes 20 years of work to be an overnight sensation.
