Im glad we got your issue fixed! I think you also need to increase the size of your DI resin housing and and Resin Canister. I think if you have more resin in your system you will drop your TDS readings to 0. I would replace the housing you have with a Pentek 20" and a 20" resin canister. Thanks, Dave
This is Fuc*ing GOLD. Thanks man I just sold my tucker after 2 mnths of use. The price in canada is like 3k, and a house is like $100 on average. Hard to justify unless you clean fulltime. I will be trying your setup hopefully it's cheaper this way!
Glad you like the idea!! GO to patreon and get the parts list. The cost is $10 and it will have the links to all the parts necessary. I will post a full build video for another $10 when I get it done. I think most people should be able to build it, on their own, once they get the parts. Thanks again my Canadian brother!
This is a DIY project. I have a parts list on patreon that you can purchase for $10. The list will provide you with all the parts minus the cart, that part is up to you. All the parts including the filters will cost you approximately $1000. I am currently working on the build video and should have that posted on patreon within a day or two. The new video will show how the system fits together and how to install the filters correctly. Please subscribe to the channel and watch ALL the videos before ordering your parts list. All your questions are answered in the videos. Let me know if you have more questions Tactical Officer and thank you for your questions. Happy watching! Dave
The parts list and links are complete!!! I will post a new video on Saturday May 30th. It will include a description of the components and what will be included in the build videos. I need one more night to make sure all parts and components have been included in the list. There may be tools or materials that you already own so be sure to review the list and make sure you are not purchasing redundant items *IE teflon tape* Thank you all for the support!! I'm looking forward to you all gaining the knowledge and skills to build your own system. By building this unit yourself you will completely understand the inner-workings of the system and you will have the ability to solve any issues that might arise during use. Thanks again, Dave
Hello All. I am Working on the parts list as I type this, it hasn't been an easy process. I'm trying to get the suppliers to consolidate items so that you don't have to go through 10 different companies to order parts. I will post a comment when the parts list is on Patreon!! Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe.
I don't see why not! The components are all rated for fairly high pressures. The lowest pressure component is the RO membrane and it is rated at 80 psi. The pump I use on my 65 gallon portable water tank is 80 psi and Ive had zero issues with the system hooked up to it.
I’m having a issue with the end cap of discharge keeps popping out with straps cranked all the way down is it possible my spigot putting out more then 80 psi ?
If 900-1000 is for the water system, how much would a pole/brush/tubing run approximately like you recommend? I need to make a plan on how much to budget to not have to use ladders as a newbie. Looking forward to the patreon link.
Hello! I used an 18 ft pole in this video. The cost was around $225 dollars from jracenstein.com. It is a Gardiner CLX18 tele pole hybrid. This pole works well for 1 to 1 1/2 stories. For 2 stories and above I would get a longer pole: 24 ft or 30 ft length. Here is the patreon link where you can purchase the parts list: www.patreon.com/waterfedpolesystems Thank you! Dave
I am curious, the parts list is 10$. So how much will each video cost? And how many videos for build? As well could you give me aprox flow rate.. Much thanks..
Hello Trevor! The parts list is $10 and it is available through the Patreon link. When I get the build videos up they will cost $10 for all the build videos. I don't know how many there will be, I just figure I will divide them into segments for easier watching and the ability to take breaks. Again, all the videos will be available for a total cost of $10. I got some new frames in today so I will probably record the build videos this weekend. The flow rate is about 1 gallon per minute. Remember, when you get the parts you will have a functional filtration system but you will need to mount it to a dolly/cart or frame. I have some extra aluminum frames available right now. The cost on those is $350. If you have interest in a frame you can reach out to me directly at adcarters@yahoo.com Thanks, Dave
Thanks so much to this guy. He walked me through step by step in how to fix an issue I had for absolutely free!
