When I finish my surgery residency my dream is to have an eccentric sports car and display a sticker like his cause it's so obviously childish and so obviously not a new driver I love it.

Yes!!! I said the same. If only all officers had his confidence, professionalism and knowledge; if they did, the US would have more respect for officers of the law. Now, I don't think for one moment that he's a sucker. I strongly believe he will do what's necessary and that's the key... He knows what's necessary and when it's necessary. Much respect to this man.

You like cops being arrogant, condescending and insulting to all driver they encopunter? You like it when they do their jobs poorly and get half of therir tickets and citations thrown out because they behaved unprofessionally? He is one of the worst cops out there, and he treats all of this like a TV show first. I really hoe you get into a situation where he pulls you over, interacts with you like with a 4 year old child and makes a few jokes on your expense...

First time seeing this. Loving it. Its rare to see a cool Sheriff's Deputy like Frank. All I have to say after seeing this is stay Safe Deputy Sloup!!!
I'm from Michigan. Been at my company for for 30 years and never been late. Usually I get there 45 minutes early. This one morning for whatever reason I was running late. I was on the expressway about 2:30 in the morning doing about 125mph. I had a bad gut feeling and there he was under a bridge support. He tagged me at 113mph. He asked me why I was speeding. I told him. Perfect record of being not late in 30 years. I told him you got me do what you want. He ran me and told me I'm not going to give you a ticket but you will be late for work. We sat there and talked. Awesome Sheriff👍. Because of my Stupidity I ruined my perfect record. In the end he told me the next time don't hit your brake lights. Then I told him I was actually slowing down. In the end we shook hands and I was late for work. I'm bummed but what an awesome experience. Kudos to that officer. Could have been worse. Thank you
It definitely could always be worse. I've had mostly good experiences with AZ cops and I know a lot of good dudes that became cops in order to make their communities better.

I just want to give a shout out to Deputy Frank Sloup for his consistently calm demeanor while facing anger and stupidity at the highest level. I cannot believe how composed he's able to remain. It's obvious that his Teflon shield is rooted in his strong center. Bravo sir. All law enforcement officers could learn from your example.

His boss, Sheriff Lamb, is also a good guy. I've seen him with Frank before, as well as in interviews. Top notch, IMO, and I would try to say thank you if I was ever in Pinal county.
Videos from PCSO have shown up in training. Don't have a link at hand, but in the same weird way retire veterans active on youtube tend to show up in armed forces training (via powerpoint, of course), it also happen with police. RUclips is probably the cause for the biggest upheaval in education since the invention of the printing press.

So happy to hear Frank say that other officers and himself do NOT want their family members using the fact that they have a family member in law enforcement in an attempt to have their violations excluded or diminished. In fact, I'm willing to bet that most of the LEOs have had that very conversation with their family, especially their children who are most likely to use that excuse.
It's insulting to everything those LEOs do every day to have their family try to use that person's career and all they do to uphold and enforce the laws, as an excuse to get them out of trouble.

The point of "to conditions" is that the maximum safe speed for the current road conditions is the speed limit, so sometimes 100 would be fine. I have no clue how you enforce that, but that wasn't the point of the comment.@@failtolawl
