Exactly, Zaheer is very good at studying his opponents, which is why he clapped everyone prior to his fight with Tenzin. In fact, this was the only episode where Zaheer used Airbending correctly as a defensive element.
Zaheer WAS still locked up in a difficult place like all the others, even before being able to airbend. He was probably a strategist considering he couldn't do much in terms of fighting benders. His use of his team is what made him so dangerous, he strategically went for the lava guy first, who was just in the middle of the ocean and had very few guards, then water-arms girl, who had more of a security but her placing wasn't very favorable to anyone, with the exception of lava-guy, and finally went after P'li, who was in one of the harshest places in the world AND was just a few hours away from the capital of the northern water tribe, and tbh, the only one who had any sort of ability to fight there was water girl and it took Zuko's dragon to even habilitate P'li's ability to fire-bend. “Wish Katara taught her how to bloodbend.” Did any of you not remember that Katara *hates* bloodbending? Even if it’s for pragmatic reasons, she’ll refuse to do it. If she had bloodbended more often, she’s not gonna be a good person by the end of it. She’ll get her bending taken away by Aang if she kept going.
Unless she's pissed at some random naval captain. Honestly, it's absurd for her to not teach other waterbenders how to defend against it. Particularly after Yakone.
@@AStrangeWindmill Katara is very much capable of doing some dark shit, but she holds herself back...by a lot. As for Yakone, not that many people, especially with an already existing and known bloodbender at the time (Katara), know that he could do it on his free will instead of needing a requirement to make it happen. It also probably could mean that Katara herself has no idea how to defend against bloodbending except by being a bloodbender.

Katara teaching Kya bloodbending would be useless without a full moon, as Aaron Ehasz established in The Last Airbender.
You know what I just noticed the way king bumi threw chicken at aang and he stopped it at the dinner table mirrors how meelo throws a plate and bumi aangs catches it the same way at a dinner table
This is the first time Meelo is seen flying on a glider by himself.
This is the first time in either series where two airbenders are shown fighting each other.
One of the airbending moves that Tenzin uses during his fight with Zaheer is similar to the one Aang performs in the opening sequence of The Legend of Korra.
“Wish Katara taught her how to bloodbend.”
Did any of you not remember that Katara *hates* bloodbending?
Ikr! And the fact that bloodbending is ILLEGAL
At least Korra took a chance to look for Zahir in the spirit world, rather than looking much dumber by sitting on her ass and doing nothing.
Exactly
The difference between a talented amateur and a true master.
6:02
Korra: "Zaheer is that you?"
Zaheer: "No it's not me"
AHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHA
Roshi: "Yo Tenzin was like- *does Mario noises while trying to high five God* " 15:28
The way Zaheer climbs using airbending parkour and Tenzin climbs using mini tornados. The attention to detai in this show is ridiculous.
"You have no choice"
*Yes, I do.*
The amount of tension in his words❕
Season 1: Amon= Communism
Season 2: Unalaq= Theocracy
Season 3: Zaheer= Anarchy
Season 4: Unknown Name= Classified
I mean, they're all on the range of somewhat to almost entirely misrepresenting their respective ideologies (Most IRL Anarchist movements are all about decentralization, not primitavism, for instance), but they're definitely still interesting conflicts.
Season 4: Kuvira = Military Dictatorship
4v1 and mans still gave em all the bidness till the numbers game caught up.
15:00 if you really think about it. Double plot saved him. He saved that young bison and the family and now it repaid him. And yeah the plant branch sprouted out.
tenzin takes anyone of them alone, maybe even 3. after fighting for a while already, he looked to make a comeback against 3 of em until sparky boom bitch came through. rate him
"sparky boom b*tch" 😂
can I use this?
The fight between Tenzin and Zaheer made it clear who really is the master tho. Zaheer always stumble tho he knew many things about airbending because he is supposed to be Korra's airbending teacher if they successfully kidnapped her when she was a child. Tenzin's airbending is soooo beautiful. I mean it is so satisfying he really is like a leaf in the wind. Always moving.
You guys laugh when Tenzin is getting beat up protecting his family but could barely make it through the last episode of Invincible.
“Fight back nigga!” I was dying😂😂
My favorite episode in the LOK. Even willing to forgive the overuse of Iroh
It's a good ise of fan service
Bolin: if there’s one thing me and Mako learned from growing up in the streets it’s that-
Ad: when you’re ready for Chipotle the Chipotle app is ready for you.
Lol even if Katara taught her how to blood bend, it’s day time and Katara doesn’t know how to blood bend at anytime without the full moon
I can’t witchy’all adding the “fight back” over Tenzin gettin jumped 😭🤣
This is the first time we get to experience Two Airbenders having a duel. And man this shit was epic 🔥
Tenzin: Get's his ass kicked
Everyone: GAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!
Katara made bloodbending illegal, it would be hypocritical and against the law for her to teach it to her children
Even if Kya had been taught how to bloodbend, it wasn't a full moon, so she wouldn't have been able to. Yakone, Tarlock and Noatok were special cases.
“the gotta put these people down”
they surely do
Roshi: I wish Katara taught her how to bloodbend.
Me: How many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man?!
I love the fact that Tenzin only lost because he got jumped, like "oh, you think you are an air bender? get your newbie ass here"
“Did your mom teach you how to blood bend!? Please say yes” IM DEAD 💀 LMFAO
The fight scenes in this episode was fire🔥
next two episodes will be lava.
zaheer was scared for once, p’li saw he was about to get bodied so she jumped in
If this weren’t a kids’ show, Tenzin would’ve been bleeding a lot.
I was very confused when they kept on saying Kuvira's name. And then I watched the 4th season.
Wow, that ambush was nerve-wrecking.
I still think it's so crazy that Tenzin was going 4v1 with the Red Lotus and was still getting his hits in!!! Tenzin is so underrated, 1v1 Tenzin could really whoop almost anyone in the series (not including Avatars and Blood Benders obviously)
i dont know why, but i loved the fact that they made the grandmother such a royalist, it was kind of adorable lol
I just realized Milo is just Tyler1 as a kid
Zaheers only accomplishment in his fight with tenzin was when he did that insane backflip he managed to put tenzin on the defensive but tenzin through it right back at him with his own partial backflip idk whatever you call that one leg backflip he did lol
