I'm a chef who went through formal culinary school so I have an ideas what it's like to work with chocolate. What makes his works so awesome are his details to the work, like making the spring, springy. Crazy! Thanks for sharing your talents with the world 🌎
I saw the spring being springy & just said “you sonofabitch!” to 3 dogs that didn’t realize how insanely awesome it was.

Same here. My old pastry chef would be going crazy to see these. I sure as hell never! did anything like this. Half of us couldn't draw much less make something like these. So jealous.😳

Just finished watching School of Chocolate. I can freestyle cook, cannot bake, and only know about eating chocolate. But I can appreciate the amazing talent. I can't stop watching.
This is so crazy, i would have thought that its just made with a mold but every piece is actually sculpted by hand

When I saw this piece being created, I was amazed at the number of pieces required and amazed at how you had to scale everything down maintaining the proportions! Gorgeous piece, impeccably crafted.
