OK, my respect for folks who do this kind of work, already reasonably high, just grew by an order of magnitude.
So I found some models and downloaded Blender and thought I'd give it a try (it being my firm belief we need a "shikanokonkonoko" video featuring the Anemo boys and it didn't seem right to ask someone) AND I COULDN'T EVEN GET A MODEL TO RENDER CORRECTLY WITH TEXTURES.
Then I realized I didn't even understand what half the button labels meant.
