The difference between an idol singer like Henry and the other three professional singers, Wilbur Pan, Joker Xue and Emil Chau, is really glaring. Henry's vocal is very thin, lacks reasonance, not unique and he tries hard to show off unimpressive high notes. Wilbur, Joker and Emil have very unique voices which is thick and recognisable, especially Emil who makes every cover sounds like his original song. This is why they have been in the music industry for such a long time.
I disagree with your opinion though. Henry is an idol but he has been in the industry for 15+ years and no doubt he has great voice. Not only to hit high notes, but I can feel the emotion that he puts into the song. Tbh, I’m not a fan of him but this stage impressed me, wanting to watch his other performances. It is not to show off, but to express the song with his own unique style (loop station). Some people think that this is to show off how talented he is, but his stage is both auditory & visual appealing. No offence, this is just my opinion ;)
@@janlxy2705 I don't think the years of experience determine your singing ability. Like most Chinese idols, his voice is quite average, lack reasonance and not unique. His singing ability is not as good as most of the competitiors in the show. His high notes lack support and emotion to me actually. The only good thing is his ability to play multiple instruments. I can see him trying to emulate JJ Lin's performance style by trying to show off playing instruments and hitting high notes. However, it just fell short to me.
劉憲華也是一位才子，看到他的表演讓人耳目一新，很棒！周華健的歌聲還是跟以前一樣，辨識度一百分，歌聲還是如此的好聽
最後大合唱很像1個很有才華的老父親帶著三個才子上台表演
每個人都很有才華，而且都有各自的舞台魅力
即便中國好聲音的黑幕很多
但在最後能在這個舞台聽到真正為了音樂付出的歌手
用感情唱出的每一首歌，就值得了
周華健的聲音一點都沒變啊！還是像一個老朋友唱出了點點滴滴的心情與回憶!! 無可取代的聲音, 不管他唱誰的歌都變成了周華健的歌

雖然henry是idol可能歌聲遜色，但是one man band的致敬我還是覺得 很有誠意，薛之謙好在把風格轉了 對周華健來說一定是有驚喜的 ，潘瑋柏在這次的表現誠意欠缺，
