Early i got the same issue a month ago . I just hard reset my iphone so many still not figure it out. I lose all my hope that my iphone is going fix , i kept my phone aside . Its automatically start working without any issue . But today i face same issue flickering screen and green screen only after downloading 😂 the software update . Already hard reset my iphone two time . Seriously don’t know what apple want from us .

Make sure you carry your bill, and also your phone shouldn't be opened by unauthorized technicians, After diagnosis they will repair it for free. To be honest, my iPhone 13 Pro Max was repaired for free it was 1 year and 7 months old.
